Nice view of the ocean from the balcony. Condo was clean and spacious. Location is very convenient to plenty of dining and shopping. Would definitely be interested in staying there again.
This was an excellent property and host. I highly recommend it. We did have an issue but the property manager worked diligently to fix the matter. I was completely satisfied with it. An occasional issue beyond anyone’s control can happen. The response from the property manager was exemplary. The host and the property manager communicated well throughout the process of fixing the issue. This property is nicely decorated without being cluttered. It had beach chairs, beach umbrella, and other items. The property was well equipped with laundry and dishwasher supplies as well as all kitchen equipment we needed and then some. There is a beautiful view of the mountains and a bit of A Bay from the lanai. I would absolutely stay here again.
We had an excellent stay! We love the location, being so close to A Beach! The condo is well equipped, clean, and very spacious. The owners Lara and Rob were very communicative and quick to attend to anything that comes up. We look forward to staying in this condo again in the future. Thanks again for everything!!
The condo was large, spotless, very quiet, and in a great location. The lanai was very large and provided a lot of shade - easy walk to restaurants, shops, beach area. While there was not a large ocean view, the surrounding trees, mountains, golf course and waterfall were lovely. Great appliances - Bosch dishwasher, large refrigerator with large-capacity ice maker, good drip coffee maker. Nicely remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. We hope to stay here again.
Clean and spacious condo with ocean view. The lanai has 2 areas which is a treat! Condo has most supplies neeeded during stay. Easy checkin and checkout! Would have been nice to have a beach umbrella. Beach chairs and cooler were available. Thank you!
Hubby and I stayed for 6 nights. Absolutely love the size of this condo, the roominess in all rooms and the wraparound lanai. Breathtaking views of the mountains and a fantastic glimpse of the bay. It’s a very short walk to the beach via the Marriott property. Location location. Easy access to anywhere on the island. Great eating and shopping choices at Kings and Queens shops and marketplace. The bed was super comfortable.The tv would not work and we contacted the property manager who came within the hour to resolve easily. No other issues at all. Only suggestion is to add more hangers. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. Thank you!
This condo is beautiful. We had to stay longer in Waikoloa because I had wrist surgery up in Waimea, (fractured wrist)
The unit was quiet with a partial view of A-bay. We had no problems and enjoyed walking to the beach everyday. The unit was well laid out.
The instruction booklet could use updating with exact instructions for the TV/remote usage and the new induction cooktop. However, the island manager was responsive and eager to help when we had questions.
We would stay here again.
This was our second stay in this condo. We really like the size and how it is set up. The outdoor space is the best for us as we like to be outdoors most of the time we are in Hawaii, and this condo has a very large lanai that is sheltered from the often windy Waikoloa winds.
The only thing I would mention is to be aware of the clothes dryer- it has a tendency to try to eat clothing items. It appears as if the seal around the door has a spot where items can catch and get caught, so just be aware of that, and if you have something delicate or special, you may want to hang dry.
This place was gorgeous, clean and the communication from the host was thorough and accurate. Highly recommend!
Everything about this spot was great. Large condo is a great location. Clean, comfortable, close to the beach.
Large open concept condo with many upgrades, and panoramic view through 2 glass walls with sliders. 2nd bedroom with twin beds has sliding 3 panel wall to fully separate the space.
Gated community with elevators to access upper floors. Every detail was covered. Would absolutely stay here again
The resort was located some distance from Kona, but had all the amenities of restaurants, grocery stores and numerous shops. It was situated close to various beaches and points of interests which we were able to drive. The property management were fabulous and accommodated all of our requests. The condo was well equipped, and the one bedroom as described had two separate single beds, which were comfortable. It would be nice if the two single beds could be changed to a queen. Other than that we enjoyed the condo location since it was close to all the amenities of Waikoloa Village.
Waikaloa vista is an amazing property. Very clean and well kept. The VIEW was amazing of Mauna Kea & Mauna Loa!!! Simply breathe-taking!! Access instructions ended up in my junk folder so be sure to check there in case you haven’t received instructions on how to enter the property. The site manager was very responsive and helpful to my inquiries. I absolutely love this place. We enjoyed breakfast on the lanai, loved that the market and restaurants were in close proximity. I would definitely return.
