The property was private, well maintained and clean. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for cooking and storing leftovers. We enjoyed the pool and fruit trees. And the Coqui frogs were fun to listen to. But the end of our week they were just background music.
Loved having the pool to ourselves. My daughter never wanted to get out of it! This is a really nice property! So glad we stayed here!

Wonderful property!!! Really enjoyed staying at the Plantation House. Lots of time spent at the pool and nice outdoor space. Kitchen was one of the best stocked I’ve seen and made eating in a pleasure. Yard was beautiful. Definitely plan on staying here again.
Loved this place so much. It was the rest and relaxation I needed. Read the reviews, it is hot as stated in several reviews due to the amazing windows throughout the house (a few fans are provided). Very private with outstanding landscaping. Frogs are super loud at night with windows open, but ear plugs are provided and I found once I fell asleep, they didn't bother me. But if you are a light sleeper, beware. I can't wait to book this place again next time we come to the Big Island. It was truly magical.
We had a wonderful time at the Plantation House. It was so beautiful from the house to the outside grounds. We felt like we were staying in a botanical garden. The pool is huge and refreshing. It is bigger than it looks in the pictures. We were so relaxed here that we didn’t venture out as much as we usually do because it was so peaceful.
What a great home! It was very well laid out and had everything we needed. Quiet setting off the beaten path but not too far from town. Enjoyed the pool and pool house.

This is our 2nd stay at this property. It is ideal for a family or for couples travelling together. Having your own pool is so nice! Great laundry facility in the garage, great kitchen, beds were comfy. The yard is gorgeous… looks like a botanical garden.
Our favourite part is falling asleep listening to the coqui frogs and waking up to the birds.
This is a beautiful property and the owners have clearly thought of everything😁. All we had to do was sit back and enjoy the pool and garden.

This five night stay was the final leg of a 16 night trip. Weve previously stayed at the adjacent Jungelow and thoroughly enjoyed both properties. The Plantation house has a lot of nice touches with expansive landscaped grounds. Especially liked the window walls in the large living/dining area. Nice pool for warm afternoons. Problem with missing key to laundry/second bath was quickly remedied by owners. Nice place.
This property was very relaxing and the hosts were excellent.
