We had a great stay at this condo! Perfect location for us with two teenagers as they were able to come and go to the beach and the pool without needing to be transported. Being right across the street from the beach also meant we did not have to pack lunches and all the “stuff”. We could enjoy the water and just walk back as needed. Beautiful location and we enjoyed sitting out on the balcony watching the water and the sunsets.

Outstanding location across the street from Magic Sands beach. Wonderful supply of beach gear. Clean, comfortable, well-appointed condo with a well supplied kitchen and bath. Decent views of the beach and the mountains from the lanai. If I ever come back to Kona, I'll stay here -- and tell my friends to do the same.
The condo was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We were right across from a beautiful beach and had a beautiful pool we could use in the evenings and on high swell days.

The good: The location was amazing. Across the street from a nice beach. Snorkeling 2 minutes drive up the road. Either direction has shopping. Close to many tourist attractions. Very nice restaurant accros the street. The pool and hot tub are great. Nice grilling area. Kona beachfront is amazing. Overall a great stay. The bad: cleanliness needs help, very dusty, stained pillows, nothing major but was noticeable that cleaners don't put much effort in. A/C won't go below 72. Communication with management company was not very good leading up to our stay, though it was better after check-in. Overall, we would definitely recommend and we would stay again. We throughly enjoyed using this condo as home base for a weeklong adventure in beautiful Kona.
Wonderful rental on Alii Drive just across the Magic Sands beach. Great view of the sunset from the balcony and hearing the ocean waves. We were well informed and appreciate the timely communication. The place is prefect for our family. One bedroom for hubby and I and the kids shared the 2 twin bed room. Two bathroom is very convenient. We only ate breakfast at the condo but the kitchen is well stocked with appliances, itensils and dishes you can possibly need. The living room area is a great place to just relax after a long day of exploring. The balcony is spacious for us and we made use of the beach chairs, umbrella, boogie board and toys. We used the pool and hot tub a few times and it was wonderful.the condo and property are all well maintained. It felt really private and quiet for us. I do appreciate having an elevator when we have to haul our luggages and the beach stuff. It was great to be back at the Big Island and this place just made our stay even better! Thank you!
Clean, easy check-in, plenty of room, pool was great. Had everything we could need! Best view of the sunset from the lanai. Management checked in several times through text and responded quickly if we needed something. Magic Sands Beach is just across the road, and it was just a short drive anywhere else in Kona we wanted to go! Would definitely stay there again!
On the second day we had probably 100 flies in the unit. No one came to assist us and take care of it
Place was located prefectly- Magic Sands beach right in front of the condo, elevator in front of door, pool gate directly below. Sadly, no geckos to be seen. Beautiful views! The kitchen had everything! We had a very comfortable stay. We were sad to leave!One night, there was a private party with live music by the pool. It was magical! Everyone respected the 10pm quiet hours so we slept well.
Unit is clean with very functional kitchen. Location is great and the beach park is just across the street. The place has everything we need and the management team is helpful. Plenty of beach towels and supplies. The staff delivered extra supplies on the same day when we requested. Thanks for everything. We had a pleasant stay.
Wonderful space with huge lanai, just across from the magic sand beach. Sauna and swimming pool are great for relaxing the body after long day of hiking
This property is our favorite for several years now. We keep coming back because the property is the nicest with upkeep and convenience to the beach and Magics.

Location was great, just in front of Magic Sand beach. A lot of beach equipment ready to use on the balcony, which was nice. The pool was also nice, my kids loved it. The property was clean and had also some kitchen stuff ready to use. It was for me the best location of the three we had on Big Island for those reasons. I would go at the same exact location if I could!
This was our third and final location while visiting the Big Island. It was by far our favorite. Everything was perfect. The location, the view, the place was clean and comfortable for our family of four. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay there longer. We would definitely stay there again.
Enjoyed both the pool and the available beach equipment. Was nice to walk across the street to a beach.
Good place to stay, have stayed before. Frustrating experience with property manager to get a pool key that was missing from the unit. Took WAY TOO MANY calls and texts and then waiting 1.5 days for the key to appear. That was poor service.
