Very nice condo with a good layout. Comfortable and private.
I’ve stayed in many rentals with others but this is my first time renting. It was a great experience. I’ll definitely want to rent from Greg again.
Pros: 1. Greg responded to my messages, checked on us when he was informed that our power went out at night, brought us flashlights, we got a little tour, and answered all questions.
2. There were 3 pools with hot tubs.
3. We had AC.
4. The place was clean and there was plenty of toilet paper (much appreciated), and basic need products like shampoo, body wash, etc. (again, appreciated)
Cons:
1. Although it’s an Oceanfront Resort, the rental had no ocean view. You need to walk to see the ocean. This was not a big concern because we had a wonderful time at our stay.
Overall, if I ever stay in Kona again, I would book with Greg!

The property was very generously sized - the rooms and living spaces were huge.
The kitchen, laundry and bathrooms were well stocked, and the host provided some lovely chocolates, coffee and snacks.
The beach towels and snorkelling gear were great.
Host communication and directions were excellent.
Shops are close drive and mantaray snorkelling is a close walk.
Highly recommend.
Our trip to the Big Island was definitely too short. We would have loved to have had more time here! The property was fabulous and we had everything we needed (and more). The pool overlooking the ocean was magical, especially at sunset. Greg was a delight to deal with and was very responsive to any question we had. Highly recommended.

We love Kanaloa at Kona and have stayed in many of the condos on this property over the years. This was our first time staying in 104, it's beautifully situated, very quiet and we enjoyed morning coffee and meals on the lanai. The condo has been updated, it's fully stocked, and we absolutely enjoyed our 2 week stay. Greg, the property manager was fabulous. He was very responsive to my questions prior to our arrival, welcomed us by text when we arrived on island and let us know he was available if we needed anything. Mahalo! We will definitely return!

Detailed property binder warned of bugs and necessity of keeping food put away - very challenging with children as was white carpeting throughout and no provision of plastic-ware.
This property would be perfect for adults or families with older teens and twenties.

Guests are required to wash and fold beach towels, strip beds and towels from bathrooms.
