4 BDRs with their own baths! Modern decor! Privacy! Best Ocean View in the Hood!

Wonderful stay!! I booked the home for 8 people (4 couples) all adults. The house was exactly as described. We were in town for Ironman so I was excited to have a house where I could lay low and relax in the week leading up to it. Everyone had plenty of space to spread out, but also lots of great communal spaces to come together to spend time for meals, games etc. The views are INCREDIBLE. The kitchen had everything we needed for my mom to cook several meals for the group throughout the week. I didn’t even want to try local restaurants because nothing was as spectacular as the house and the views. Owners were super responsive in the weeks leading up to our stay and during the stay. Honestly my only criticism was how far it was from the downtown area of Kona where all the Ironman activities were held throughout the week, but I knew that when I booked the house and feel the trade off of being 5 miles away was well worth having such a cool house for the week to relax in. Also, the house next door is doing construction on their pool which got noisy in the afternoons but was quiet on the weekends. I got the master bathroom with the bath and outdoor shower and made use of both. How luxurious! Would not hesitate to book again. Thanks for an incredible stay.

This house was wonderful for our group of seven. Plenty of privacy too with each bedroom having an attached bathroom. The real showstopper is the pool area with the most amazing views of the ocean. Everything went smoothly from communication with the owner to getting checked in at the guard house.One thing future renters may want to know is there is an outdoor cat that the owners are feeding. It wasn't really an issue except one night when we tried eating outside and the cat wouldn't leave us alone. It made a few people uncomfortable. Other than that, the house was fantastic and exceeded our expectations. Thank you for having us!

This house was a dream vacation home. It has all of the amenities for a relaxing family vacation and you cannot get enough of the view and sunsets. If you go out for a day of exploring, you cannot wait to get back to the house to enjoy the pool and a family meal. The kitchen is fully stocked and is nice and spacious. The host, Katie, is always available and shares all of the information you might need during your stay. Thank you for allowing us to stay here and make some wonderful family memories!

LOVED the house/property…inside and outside!!! Everything you would want…lots of space and privacy with the four bedrooms and their own bathrooms! Living Room, Kitchen & Dining Room were all great and comfortable. The side yard patio was great with its BBQ, TV, big round top table and a high top/stools were all great to use! The pool was also great ( you would have thought all the grandkids had never even been in a pool they were so excited to be in it!!) and we always enjoyed our morning coffees and evening sunsets on the patio sofas! We did miss having a jacuzzi though! And the outdoor shower was a favorite!! Even though we chose to drive to distant beaches and locations, the house is very convenient to downtown Kona and lots of restaurants & shopping, etc. We had five adults and five grandkids (9-15) and everyone enjoyed it all!!! It made a very a fantastic trip and memory for all! Thank you!!!

Best location in Kona. Right where you want to be. Amazing view. Nice breeze up on the hill. 10 min out of town so you avoid the traffic. Wouldn’t change a thing. Loved every minute of our trip.

The house, location and amenities were awesome. Katie was a great host and made sure that we had everything we needed. The grill had broken with the previous guests, and she made sure a brand new one was delivered before we arrived. The only criticism I have is I wish the pool had been heated, and that I noticed what I believed was the hot tub was no longer a hot tub. But that was my oversight. Overall,a wonderful, beautiful home.

Katie's home was the perfect Kona stay for us. Incredibly spacious, well appointed, comfortable and wonderful location. The kitchen is especially well appointed. We had an amazing time

We had such a good time. We came from 4 states to spend family time together. Katie is the best of hosts. The home was just right for us. The best part-each family had their own bed/bathroom.

A piece of paradise for sure!!! View was absolutely amazing, neighborhood was beautiful and quiet, location was central to a lot of beaches, shopping and restaurants. We had a fantastic stay celebrating my daughter’s 30th birthday. The host (Katie) couldn’t have been better at communicating with us! The place was immaculate and very comfy, cozy! Beautiful home Very central to a lot of things around The Kona area. The house is also in a gaurded gated community, which gives you a good feeling of safety I would recommend to anybody looking for a beautiful home to stay at. This is the one. The only thing you need to bring is yourself and your clothes. The house is very well stocked with everything else you need. I would highly recommend renting this house

This place was beautiful. All bedrooms having their own bathrooms was a huge plus too. The manager was always super responsive with any questions we might have. I think I could have never left the property and enjoyed my vacation thoroughly. Already miss waking up to that view!

Saying that we had a great time would be one the biggest understatements possible. We had 4 cousins between 7 and 10 and their number 1 memory was the pool. Rooms were superb. Kitchen and appointments were everything you could need We were 3 families of 10 people and we never felt cramped. Communication was awesome. Katie followed up quickly and we always felt like everything was under control. If you are going to Kona, this is where you need to stay

Amazing place. Like others have said, photos don’t do it justice. Absolute paradise. We had seven people and everyone was so happy and comfortable. It’s pretty central to everything and very close to everything you need. I can’t say enough about this beautiful homes. Made for the perfect vacation.

Wow! That’s all we can say - Katie’s home is one of the best vacation homes we’ve ever stayed at. The pool, the view, and the outdoor living spaces were our favorite. She thought of everything inside as well. The amenities are top notch, fully stocked kitchen, plenty of beach towels and chairs for fun at the beaches. Comfortable beds, plush linens, extras of everything - we cannot recommend this place enough! We will be back!
