Our town home is in a gated community that has excellently maintained grounds with 3 tennis courts, a swimming pool and next to the beach where you can walk to and enjoy the beautiful Hawaii sunset. It is located on Alii Drive, a short drive to famous downtown Alii where many shops and restaurants are located by the sea wall. It is also a short walk to one of the best snorkeling beaches in Hawaii, kahalu'u bay. Our complex has gas BBQ units in several areas for use by its residents and guests.

Our town home has been completely renovated and redecorated including new furniture and appliances. Part of the complex is oceanfront and in less than a 2 minute walk from our townhome along a path inside the complex. Here you can enjoy the beautiful Hawaiian sunsets from the beach.

The unit has a split air conditioner system for the 2nd floor and an air conditioner on the first floor. it has two bed rooms fully furnished with king size beds, ceiling fans in all rooms, streaming 65" TV in the living room and cable tv in one bedroom, internet WiFi and free LD Calls to the US and Canada.

We have a beautiful tiled lanai next to the living room where you can enjoy quiet moments. The kitchen is fully equipped.

Other appliances include a/c in the living room, split A/C in the bedrooms, washer/dryer, fridge, oven range, microwave oven, coffee maker, cooking wares and utensils, etc.

Our rates are divided between Low Season (May-September ) and High Season ( October - December ). We also offer a discounted rate for bookings of 30 days or more. Please check the section on rates.

Included in the total price quote you receive from VRBO is the Hawaii tax comprised of the TAT ( transient Accommodation tax) of 13.25%, and the General Excise tax (GET) of 4.71% for a total of 17.9 % Unfortunately this is a cost factor that is beyond our control.
