This condo is honestly represented, we loved how clean the unit was when we checked in and appreciated the gifts of Kauai coffee and the cookies. We ate about half our meals in, so we liked that the kitchen was well supplied with pans, utensils and a very clean frig. The A/C worked wonderfully and we sure appreciated the cooler, beach chairs and equipment! We highly recommend this rental and would definitely stay again!Larry G.

Condo unit was very nice, good location and close to the beach. Maybe alittle too close to the highway - quite noisy in the morning. Would stay again if we come back to Kauai
We felt at home in this unit and it was a great location. Had everything we needed to cook in for a few meals. Short walk to the beach and a great market next door. We will stay at this place again. The host even provided recommendations for places to see and eat and it was appreciated. Big thank you

I loved the location. The store, beach and restaurants were within walking distance. It's also a good halfway point to the other parts of the island. The complex was very quiet, we barely saw any other guests. It was a nice size for 3 of us and the pull out couch was comfy. Having the kitchen was helpful and we enjoyed the coffee and snacks left for us!
The room was beautiful, nicely decorated and very clean. Lots of things to use at the beach. Plenty of towels provided for a long stay.
Condo has been updated. Unit is very clean. Close to nice bars/restaurants. Good location for travel around the island as well. We will stay again. Mahalo!
My husband and I usually stay in Princeville and sometimes Poipou but this place was in a perfect centralized area of Kauai. The condo was beautifully decorated, well stocked with essentials and clean.
When we got there the place was clean and the decor was nice. The place was well stocked and had everything you could need.
It did smell kind of strange though. It smelt kind of musty like there was water damage at some point or something. It also kind of sucked that the traffic outside was so loud. We would have liked to have the sliding doors open since it was so nice outside at night, but all we could hear was traffic.
One other thing that kind of sucked at the end was that we paid for extended stay to have a little extra time in the morning, but we didn’t end up using it, we ended up leaving right before 10am check out. I reached out to see if we could get a refund since we didn’t use the extended stay, but never got a response.
This was an excellent property for our vacation on a budget. The furniture was all very clean and comfortable. It had great amenities for cooking, packing lunches, and beach activities. The location is great for seeing the whole island, and it's right next to a market with shops and restaurants. It's also within walking distance of the beach and has multiple pools & hot tubs. 10/10 would stay here again!
Pros: good central location to island activities. Visited North, South, West sides from here- just pay attention to rush hours! Close to GOOD restaurants, pharmacy and grocery store.
Full kitchen but no dishwasher
Comfortable bed!! A big plus.
Good climate control (A/C) and good WiFi.
Cons: Door lock (electronic push button key code type) stopped working. Supposedly fixed but within just a few days broken again. In the end we were given security’s ONLY physical key to door and it was never repaired. The inconvenience of dealing with this cost us several hours and late for dinner reservation. On site management repeatedly seemed confused, didn’t know what we had dealt with (had to go through Vacasa) and really wanted their key back!
Inside furniture was uncomfortable-broken down couch, rigid, hard dining chairs. Ended up using couch decorative pillows and outside chair to sit comfortably in evening.

Just as advertised. Would stay here again.
The unit A-6 was a great place. Full kitchen with great appliances. I love to cook and this kitchen had everything i needed to prepare gourmet meals for my 17 year old son and i. The living room was spacious with a nice dining area and pull out sofa, its probably time to get a new one- kinda saggy.
The bedroom was awesome, bed so comfortable after a long day of kauai fun! Air con and ceiling fans were a plus. There was even a long private balcony overlooking the beautiful grounds.
We did have a problem with the t.v when we arrived and it was a very unpleasant experiance. It took the unit manager Sue four days to replace the t.v. and she was very rude and unproffesional through the whole process. We loved this unit and the plantation hale staff, they were so nice.We had such a awesome time in Kauai that we now plan to come back once a year in the summer. This is a great unit, my son and i loved it but next year we'll stay at one that this woman doesnt represent
