Very nice accommodations. Easy check in and check out. The washer and dryer was a nice bonus. Baseboards and blinds needed dusting, but other than that everything was nice.
Aloha! If you plan on visiting Hawaii, this spot is definitely a nice clean and quiet place to stay in. Very updated. Very wonderful host. Me and my boyfriend had such an amazing time. Literally will book again, Mahalo.

We stayed one night and couldn’t be happier with the room and location. The property was exactly as described. Communication and check-in with the host was fast and efficient. I needed to go to the ER early the next morning and the host confirmed that we found the right hospital and not an immediate care or children’s hospital. We would’ve been happy to stay longer and enjoy the other amenities but it just didn’t work this time. We will definitely look for this room next time when we are back in Hilo.
The space was as advertised, clean, modern and comfortable. No AC but with windows open and fans sleeping was no problem. A bit of a drive from downtown Hilo but a convenient overnight for heading to the volcano.
Spacious for a studio and new. Ideal for economy car to get in and out of driveway, and great communication. Close to east lava beach for fantastic views.
Location is at the beginning of HPP. The rental studio is very clean. Perfect size for 2 people. The small kitchenette was perfect. We were able to keep our bottle beverages cold, ready to grab n go. No issues and Holly made our check-in/out so easy. We had accidentally locked the keys in the unit which she remedied for us immediately. Definitely will stay here again! .

Hollys place was gated and very secure. Easy checkin. Very comfortable king bed and she had everything we needed to grill out on her patio. Lovely place and grrat host. We highly recommend.
Holly was welcoming and helpful with information on the area. The acomodations were clean, comfortable and beautiful, just right for our needs. We would definitely stay here again.

Host was great and rental was great and just what we needed. We talked after we left that we should have stayed another night on this side of the island.
We had a lovely stay in Hilo at this location. The host was communicative and friendly, the place was very clean and suited what we were looking for. I would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Hilo and surrounding areas for a few days. This is in a residential neighborhood.
Volcano natonal park is 30 min away, so are some decent restaurants.
We had a great time at the Big Island… the place where we stayed was nice and clean… the host was accommodating
The place was great. Very clean and very new. The location isn’t very close to any shops so it’s a bit of a drive if you need anything, but still only 15 minutes from Hilo. Holly was a very nice and helpful host. The only downfall is that the kitchen doesn’t have a stove for cooking. It could really benefit from a portable stovetop to allow home-cooked meals. But other than that, it was lovely!
Perfect stay in Kea’au for a couple or solo traveler. Holly is a gracious, accommodating host. The room is comfortable, safe, and surprisingly spacious. I’ve already booked a return visit! Highly recommend.
All was great host was friendly helpful and told us of the area and places to go on the map. We sat and talked like people that had known each other for years. We had to leave one day early and she said if we ever came back she would credit us 2 days. All was perfect
