We have stayed here several times and will return in the fall. Always clean. Host is easy to work with.

Condo was clean and ready for us. Once we opened it up and got some breeze-through, it was comfortable without a/c.
Well equiped kitchen and comfortable beds. We enjoyed the bbq and lovely sunset views. Nearby market and shopping were very handy.

It's a great condo. The location is fine and access is great. There's excellent internet and the kitchen is well supplied. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are fine. Other than one thing, this is a great rental unit.
As others have indicated, it has one major drawback, however. The unit isn't air conditioned, making staying in it during the day very difficult. We like to cook dinners when we stay in STRs, but it was impossible here, as the unit is VERY warm during the days. Cooking wasn't an option.
There is no privacy, as you must keep all of the windows and door open when you're in the unit. You can literally hear every voice outside and of conversations nearby on the golf course.
Nights were uncomfortable for me, although my wife found the nights OK. Energy prices in HI are roughly 2 to 3 times what they are in the continental US, so air conditioning is rare in HI. If you're not used to a warm climate, it can be difficult. Unfortunately that ruined the experience for us.
Property was exactly as described. Convenient to shopping and restaurants.
Being that the unit does not have aircondioning it did get a little warm a couple days even with the fans. But we were there for the warmth:)
Unit is well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Only downfall I found was the road from the back bedroom was a little loud at times. But other than that, we had a good stay:)
Beyond our expectations. Picture’s don’t do it justice. Clean quiet accommodations. Comfy beds and fluffy towels.. Well equipped kitchen. Erin was very helpful and easy to communicate with.

We had a great stay. We really liked the condo--the view from the lanai was fantastic! The condo was well stocked with appliances, pots, pans, etc. Comfortable beds. We would definitely stay here again.
Nice floors and layout. Lanai was nice size. BBQ was handy for dinner. Property was a little dated but not a big issue. Needed A/C for hot days but only fan's in unit.
Our family enjoyed a week at this Keauhou condo. Location was close to shops, restaurants, coffee farms and only two hours from Volcano National Park.
Accomodations were clean and comfortable with a clear view of the ocean and gorgeous sunsets. Needed wrap or foil for food items, otherwise, plenty of household supplies. It did get very warm on two days and a floor fan would have been nice to accommodate the ceiling fans. Overall, a pleasant stay in a beautiful location.
We enjoyed the location. The only nuisance is that the golf resort is being maintained at night or very early in the morning. Lawn mowers, very powerful sprinkler and even excavators got us out of bed almost every night.
