Our stay was fantastic. The house had almost everything you could want in a rental place. We really loved the lanai and other outdoor spaces. We had two five year olds and the house was perfect for them - safe and lots of room to play and just be kids. Access to the beach club and community pool made it really convenient to be outdoors and active. We would definitely stay here again!
Facilities were as described and then some! Beach card availability allowed us access many beaches and local resorts for added fun and enjoyment. Host was very gracious and quickly responded to very minor and minimal issues which did not affect our vacation whatsoever. Place was very clean and in impeccable condition. Highly recommend!
Property was amazing and just as pictured. Everyone in our group loved the house and community. Communication with management was great, all questions answered promptly.
Awesome property. All rooms were wonderful with very comfortable beds. Great upstairs open concept with accordion type sliding doors to the balcony. Lots of “toys” in the garage as an added benefit. Wonderful property, recommend highly!!
We brought family ranging in age from 1-80 for the Ironman 70.3 event on June 3 at the Fairmont Orchid and this house was GREAT! We had adequate space inside the house and the outside decks and patios made it perfect for relaxing and spending time as a family.
The owner was available and responsive to any concerns the neighborhood was tucked away just steps from the main road connecting us to the other subdivisions with more family members and the larger Mauna Lani village. The pool, the beach club, and the golf course were valuable assets to the trip. There is something for everyone here. I can’t wait to come back! I highly recommend this property and this area if you are exploring the Big Island of Hawaii !!
We stayed here during Spring Break 2023. We have stayed at many VRBOs and this one most closely represents "What you see is what you get". The photos are accurate, the home is clean, well stocked for cookware, etc and had all the basic necessities. Adrian was timely in responding to our enquiries.
I don't even know where to begin as everything was just so amazing.
We were a group of 2 families, 4 adults and 3 teens. The house fit our needs perfectly, everyone had their own private space and we also had a lovely space to come together for meals or just gather as a group. The beds were comfortable and everthing was perfectly clean. The kitchen was well stocked and we never felt like we were missing anything.
The house also had ample beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, boogie boards, bikes and beach towels. This is prob. the best stocked VRBO I have ever stayed in.
Ka Milo is really beautiful, everyone is respectful and friendly. I can only imagine how many hours is spent on landscaping, as it's gorgeous. The pool area is lovely and we found it to be quite quiet, even during spring break travel.
The Beach Club at Mauna Lani is a real bonus, we enjoyed it so very much.
We ended up renting a golf cart which was very convenient to get around Mauna Lani, we made trips to all the other resorts (Fairmont, Auberge Mauna Lani), The Shops at Mauna Lani, 49 Black Sand Beach, the petroglyph park, the historic park and the Mauna Lani Beach Club.
We had excellent communications from Adrian and his parents before and during our stay. A couple of unavoidable hiccups were solved quickly and effectively which was greatly appreciated.
Thanks again for sharing your piece of paradise with us, I would recommend it to anyone and would love to come back someday.
The place was very comfortable, with plenty of 'stuff' for all concerned. It was great for grandparents upstairs on the main floor and for the kids and grandkids downstairs.
