Loved the location and the 2 kitchens and the pool great for all ages It was hard to get used to the hawaiin humidity so we used the pool alot. The air conditioners helped We were close to shopping places which was convenient had a problem with ants but all in all it was a great experience
We had 9 people and the house and property were perfect for all of us! The pool was beautiful and the view of Koko Crater was lovely! Chris was great to communicate with and was always responsive! I would highly recommend this property to anyone going to Oahu!!
I really loved the location of this house it was absolutely perfect. We loved that there were two living rooms and kitchen where we could separate the kids and adults. The kids enjoyed the pool and at the end of the trip the adults enjoyed the hot tub. Chris is a wonderful host who always answers all my questions. My only suggestion is that the floors get very slippery outside by the pool and inside walking in. We loved all the baby stuff included at the house that was wonderful for our 6 month old and all the pool toys for the older kids.

This place exceeded our expectations. We were traveling with a large group for our wedding, and this house gave us everything we could possibly want. The rooms had excellent AC units that kept everyone cool at night. Once in the rooms it was almost impossible to know anything else was going on around you, extremely quiet in every room. The beds and pillows were comfortable. It was great having two living room areas, it gave everyone enough space to not feel cramped. Having the windows opened allowed for a great cross breeze and it never felt overly hot. The outdoor area was lovely, the pool and hot tub were enjoyed daily. The kitchens were well stocked and we rarely felt that we didn't have something that we needed.
Upon check in one of the rooms breakers was flipped and we didn't realized there were two breakers. The property manager got back to me extremely quickly and helped remedy the problem.
The location was fantastic. Very close walking distance to restaurants and basics such as starbucks. The are was very quiet and all the neighbours were very friendly.
Ultimately this house is exactly what we needed, and the price was quiet reasonable! I have no complaints about this property and will forever be a part our memories here!
The house was extremely clean. Air conditioner units in each bedroom. The other rooms got a little warm at times but just open the windows and the breeze is amazing! Jacuzzi worked great. Pool seems a little chilly but just get in and it’s so refreshing. Tons and tons of towels for bathing, the pool and the beach. Plenty of sand toys, boogie boards, snorkels and masks!!
Both kitchens have more than enough of everything you need. With the range of ages we had it was so nice to have 2 living rooms. Plenty of bathrooms. There is a play pen and stroller for the baby which made it nice for mom and dad.
Large washer and dryer which made it easy to continually wash towels.
Highly recommend this home for a large group.

The place was great, location was fabulous, bedrooms for everyone and enough bathrooms for all. The family really enjoyed the pool, even though it wasn't heated, it was warm enough for us, probably in the 70's. Once we got in, it was very refreshing. The early morning and evening hot tub was very much appreciated by all. We also appreciated the two kitchens, as we have a couple of vegans in our group and we were each able to prepare meals without interference. Lots of pool toys, and even though some of the boogie boards were broken, we still used them in the ocean. The place is fully equipped for a baby with a playpen, stroller (which we didn't know about, so brought our own and left it there, so 2 of them now), toddler mattresses and a child gate. There is also water wings for toddlers. There are also lots of spices, which was appreciated, although we did bring some. The only complaint that we had, was that we informed the property manager that the upstairs stove had popped and then half of the burners wouldn't work. He suggested a breaker might have blown, but that wasn't the fact. After being told that as well as the downstairs toilet was leaking clean water, he said he would get right on it. Two weeks later, we still were waiting for him to show up. My son attached the dryer vent to the outside, but couldn't find any caulking to re-caulk the toilet. My other son figured that a fuse had blown in the stove. On a brighter note, we thouroughly enjoyed our stay at this home, and would come back any time.
My group of 8 adults and 3 kids ages 7, 4 and 11 months old stayed at the rental for a week. The house was clean and equipped with everything we needed. House was very large and could have comfortably accommodated a larger party. Owner was great to work with. The only unfortunate part about our stay is we were not able to use the pool because it was very windy and the water too cold for swimming. Overall, we loved our stay at the house.
The location of the rental was great. Plenty of room for our family of 15. With a little TLC this could be an amazing property. I didn't feel the property was prepared to receive us. A few suggestions would make this rental exceptional. Upon arrival the floors were dirty and a white powder residue was on the counters. The refrigerator was dirty, the trash cans in the garage smelled bad. We are from Indiana and the pool was colder than Lake Michigan. Perhaps a heater for the winter months or a solar blanket would have made it more enjoyable. The way the 2 story house is positioned the sun does not shine on the pool long enough to warm it up. The grill was in poor working order. After a call to the property manager he promptly fixed it as best he could but the grill will need additional repairs or replaced. The dishes, pots, pans and utensils were not evenly distributed between the 2 full kitchens. There was 1 spatula to share between the 2 kitchens for eggs, pancakes, grilled cheese etc... we were constantly going from 1 floor to the next to use the spatula. Providing beach towels, pool and beach equipment was great. The baby gate was much appreciated as we had little ones. A suggestion for a booster seat or high chair would be helpful. Overall the house provided a nice place for our vacation.
