Beautiful location and view. Clean with lots of space and privacy. Well appointed. Comfy beds and quiet neighborhood. We all slept very well. Plenty of fans and a sea breeze so even in the Summer it was comfortable. No blackout blinds so bring an eye mask if you want to sleep past sunrise.
This home is a must stay! The views from every single room are simply incredible. It is very quiet and located in a great part of Princeville. We have been going to Kauai for 12 years now and this is the best home we have stayed in.
Everything was perfect! Just like the listing, the home was beautiful with an amazing view!! We were a little hesitant with there being no air conditioning but it really is breezy when you open the windows and there are plenty of fans provided. We were very comfortable. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.
Our experience was amazing. There were 6 of us and we all felt this Vrbo was great. This condo is located in a nice area, easy walk to beaches, and views from this spot are priceless. Despite a review I read about the geckos, we all quite enjoyed occasional visits. This is an island after all. The laundry room was useful, there were plenty of towels for us and each room comes with a fan for connivence. We all agreed we would stay again.
As advertised with a wonderful view. Great that there were beach chairs and snorkels available in the house. We will be back.

Loved the location with the beautiful mountain views. t was also walking distance to 2 beautiful beaches and three if you count taking the beach/trail to Hanalei Bay beach. Very clean house with comfortable beds. They management were great about providing information to us about our stay. Would definitely rent again!

We love the location and price which is why we return every year. The doors downstairs need to be fixed as they make a lot of noise opening and closing, particularly the master door. Refrigerator has a whole side without a cover that is not usable.

More than we could have imagined - how do I startView, exceptional magical. Colors because of sunlight and rain with rainbows changes constantly. Beauty. Great location convenient to all Princeville surrounding beaches as it is in the middle of the North shore. House is fully stocked with lots of dishes, plenty of beach towels, chairs, and sheets/pillows. Would definitely stay again without a 2nd thought. Mahalo in helping to make our shared house dream TRip more than what we expected.
