The location was excellent! Enjoyed people watching while we were in the condo. So well appointed. W didn't need for anything. The security of the building and close parking was a big bonus. The pool was amazing. We had a friend over for a visit who lives on the Island and she absolutely loved the place. Great time!

Great location. Loved hearing the waves and people watching. Friendly feeling as guests extras were left including sunscreen, spices in kitchen and plenty of dish and laundry soap. There was hardly any toilet paper which must have been an oversight. We were there 15 days. Bed needs replacing. Overall, I loved staying here for the location and free parking which is a huge ripoff in town these days. I recommend.
We have stayed in this unit a number of times over the years. And yes as you can see from the pictures it’s a little dated and could benefit from some updating, but the location is/was great for us. Noticeable this visit was the increased road noise from past visits, mainly from locals with loud vehicles, from both exhaust and extremely loud music. We travel with a sound machine so not a huge issue at night.Jonus the property manager is excellent and very friendly and responsive.Overall we would recommend this unit.
The condo is showing it's age, but is clean and comfortable. Much larger than it appeared in the pictures. The lanai looks down on the beach and is great to watch the sunsets from. The patio doors were difficult to open.The kitchen had everything we needed, but we didn't prepare any meals while there. Even though it didn't have air conditioning, the fans provided kept it cool. If you require a dark room to sleep in, you may find it challenging as exterior lights that are on all night shine in through the beroom window even though there is a shade on window.The location is great. There are lots of restaurants and shops that are in easy walking distance. If you are renting a car, it is close and easy to get on the highway that runs N/S.
Stayed 6 weeks. The condo was very nice and located in a great area. Lots to do! But the most amazing thing was the view! The lanai is about 100 feet from the ocean. You see the most amazing sunsets!
Loved the location, in the heart of Kona. The condo was clean and well stocked. Had an issue with the TV and it was corrected right away. Appreciated the attentiveness.
Would stay there again. Highly recommend this property. Thanks for a great trip

Close to everything Kona, we loved this unit for the views and the closeness to all things Kona. Easily walk to shops and food. Minutes to area beaches. Just a wonderful place. Thank you
I only gave 4 stars for cleanliness, b/c cleaning service forgot to wash towels from previous renter. This was remedied quickly by property manager.
This location is great for all in-town activities, & access to paddleboard/kayak rentals.
There is no A/C as stated, but we didn't need it; ceiling fans in every room, & on lanai work great. You are literally across the street from the ocean, & breeze is beautiful.
Street below can get a little noisy at times, but I found the sound of the waves drowned out street noise. We slept with lanai doors open (screens secured), every night.
Property owner has made several upgrades since our stay just 2 weeks ago.
Will definitely return!
The property is as promised. The communication was awesome and the location to the restaurants and shops can't be beat. Then there's the view. It's a great view of the point by the Royal Kona to the left and a tropical view into the bay to the right and an expansive Pacific Ocean right down the middle. The condo has everything you need including a kitchen and laundry facilities that my wife and I didn't use but were grateful it was there if needed. I would like to stay here again next visit to Kona.
Forced to sleep with open slide door the property listing should specify NO a/c. Bed sheets had stains couch was dirty we placed towels in order to sit down front door rug melted in to ground where it has never been moved. Everything very damp in there. Great location but use money you charge us for a deep cleaning. Verbo no help to us we were forced to stay or lose all our money. Never again
Great overall place to stay. Furniture could use a deep clean or replacement but place was clean. Cant beat the location. It was exactly what i was looking for and price was great for location. My only issue i had is that vrbo erased my booking i coyld only receivve messages so only info i had was on search. When messaging iwner to explain he seemed annoyed. I asked for address so i could find condo and he never responded. Again vrbo erased my booking due to an email issue. I was on phone w vrbo 3 times before leaving and could not get issue resolved. I only found condo by looking at booking photos. Again not owners fault vrbo did this, just wish communication was a little better. I did really enjoy the stay
Loved the location, very convenient to restaurants and shops. Safe.The lanai was wonderful for watching the waves and relaxing. The place could have used a good deep cleaning, couch needs cushions replaced.
The apartment is right on the ocean yet on a busy street which can be quite loud at times so I recommend sleeping with ear plugs. Then it's perfectly fine.
The kitchen is amazingly stocked and there is all the beach equipment one needs available in one closet and many books too!
The cleaning is basic, the vents were dirty and the lint catcher in the dryer was also dirty and full of lint. The washer is quite loud so use only during the day as courtesy for the neighbors. Both washer and dryer work well.
The apartment is comfortable and well equipped with towels in all sizes and bed linens/bedding.
Great elevator, minimum stairs from parking lot and the designated parking spot is shaded in the afternoon which is great as the sun beats hard on the concrete.
I strongly recommend purchasing a sun visor for the car if you are renting one.
No need for A.C as there are great ceiling fans and standing fans also the flow of air through is perfect when one opens the front door with a the storm door locked and the sliding doors to the lanai/patio.

The apartment is only a 10 minute walk from the pier and the King Kamehameha hotel beach that anyone can access for swimming or snorkeling. It's also within walking distance to many restaurants and shops, it is so centrally located...
We will definitely choose this apartment again when in Kona. We were quite satisfied with our stay of 8 nights.
