Room and property was as-advertised. We took advantage of the kitchen - there was plenty of utensils and cookware, with the exception of a sheet pan for the oven. Air conditioning worked great. Plenty of room for the two of us. We appreciated and utilized some of the accessories in the unit - umbrella, beach chairs. We didn't use the cooler/beach umbrella/snorkelling equipment but it was available. Pool and spas were amazing. Location was convenient - close to grocery/shopping/Lydgate beach.
The door handle going to the 1/2 bath feel off. When I tried changing the speed of the fan in the bedroom it tripped the breaker. I called the emergency number and I had great help in finding the circuit breaker panel and resetting the breaker. The fan has a short and should be inspected at minimum or replaced!

The condo is nicely maintained with cooking amenities, comfortable bed, a sofa bed (we did not try but it's there), hot water in the shower, a large jacuzzi tub, and lots of room for our toddler to do his thing. We did not pack many indoor activities but there is a Ross right across the street where I was able to get some coloring items and a replacement purse. The location of the condo in the resort is great because it's right next to the parking and tucked in enough to not get the noise from the central pool/lazy river area. But it is close walking distance to the pool area and the beach which was amazing! Driving proximity is great also. Close enough to the airport, Kapa'a Market, about an hour drive to Princeville (such a beautiful drive). One lane streets mostly so being close enough to the airport was good (12 min drive) and prevented the stress of getting stuck in traffic. We loved the lazy river and our son loved the kids jacuzzi. Overall we loved our stay here and would consider staying here again.

This is our 3rd time staying in the Kapaa area and our second time stay here. We like the privacy of the site, convenience of the location and amenities. We give it 4 stars this time because the BBQ’s didn’t work and the WiFi lagged just as much as not being on WiFi. The gym is a great addition and has a majority of what most people need for their stay, but it was out of water half way through our trip. Other than those minor issues, we had a good time.
The property is beautiful. The unit was great. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. My only complaint was that only one of the hot tubs seemed to be hot. The other two were luke warm at best. Also there were kids in the adult hot tubs. Other than that it was perfect.

All that is necessary for a wonderful Kauai vacation in the kitchen and for the beach are included (and air conditioning) - which in this waterfront property is just steps away. BBQ available and lots is of parking makes this ground floor unit so great. Wonderful pool and hot tubs for socializing really nice in this resort.

This was our 3rd time staying at this resort and A105 has been our favorite. We loved the location of the unit. It was stocked with everything we needed and included beach chairs and an umbrella which we loved. Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Can’t wait to come back.

We arrived in the dark due to the late flight arrival from Canada. Kauai Vacation Rentals left a nice welcoming bag, with all the instructions and Aloha we needed to settle in. The unit was well equipped, easy to keep comfortable, and nicely located to come and go each day from the pool, beach, Oasis restaurant and the many adventurous excursions on Kauai.

The unit was facing the parking lot which made it a darker and moist unit, but the unit was very comfortable. I appreciated the extras like beach chairs, umbrellas and a cooler. Th resort was very pretty and centrally located. Overall, I would love to stay in the resort again, with the same company, but in a different unit.
The VRBO at Waipouli Beach Resort was extremely clean and exactly as advertised. Could not be more pleased. Convenient to beach, shopping and restaurants.

The condo was in spotless condition. My daughter enjoyed the pool even though it wasn't heated. The condo was centrally located for all our trips on the island. There was plenty of parking available for our entire 2 week trip. We would definitly stay here next time.
Beautiful location, wonderful accommodation. Very nice pool and exercise facility. Lack of readily available concierge may be a concern for some, but there are several places nearby that can be used.
