This Hapuna Beach residence is absolutely gorgeous. From the moment you walk in, you will be amazed at everything in the entire condo. The decor is sleek, modern and yet comfortable, The views and the sound of the ocean are among the best on the Island. For those that are interested, if you have any individuals with ambulatory needs. This condo is super easy to traverse since there are no stairs, there’s a ramp from the parking lot and an elevator The amenities at both the hotels are great to have. No need for beach chairs to be hauled down, they are provided. The pools are sparkling clean and the restaurants are wonderful. The host is extremely communicative and helpful about anything you need. I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit to the island of Hawaii.
We love this property! Sipping coffee with the large windows open overlooking the ocean each morning was spectacular. The amenities are outstanding and we love that we could go between both resorts. We also took advantage of golfing. The unit had a wonderful kitchen and living area and the bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious. This was a wonderful getaway!

Phenomenal location, incredible unit and very accommodating host make this a perfect place to stay on the big island. Beds are very comfortable with high end Parachute bedding, furniture is beautiful and functional. And that view- wow! Honestly, this is the best location you can get on the big island. Stop thinking and book this place, you won’t regret it!

My wife and kids stayed. The condo is beautiful. It seems like the whole complex was remodeled recently because everything is very new and modern.
Everything was perfect, bedding, bathrooms, appliances are all high end, floors are beautiful. TVs in all rooms.
My family had a great experience and we’d stay again for sure.

The views and amenities are some of the best on the island. Westin / Mauna Kea have fabulous restaurants, and many choices are near. The best beach, people, grounds, just perfect. The unit is beautiful, kitchen is STOCKED(not food, supplies), welcome coffee & filters supplied. Bathrooms have blowdryers, soap, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper in each. The owner was responsive. Would return without hesitation.
Suggestions to ensure 100%:
- Before arrival, Ensure you have Key App (supplied by owner of unit), Email from resort to add $100/day/unit (not person) to have access to amenities at Westin/ Mauna Kea and gym and parking pass to other resort, Code for parking lot to the unit, Wifi passwords. Especially if checking in after hours.
- If you ask, owner will supply vacuum and full cleaning supplies. This is reality vs. desire to clean. It did not take much and it was nice to keep it fresh. In suite laundry helps too
Suggestions to improve are minimal:
- Consider ability to have 2 singles in 2nd bdrm. The Queen is very small. Then you can configure as you like.
- Increase wifi for bedrooms
- Have 4 pillows / bed instead of 3
Truly, it was priced competitively against other units which caused some hesitation, lol, none was needed. It is beautiful, the unit location at the end of the hallway is also ideal!

Stunning Views ! Beautifully dscorated, well appointed kitchen, minutes away from Meriden and other Westin restaurants. Spa, trails and work out room. We had The trip of our lifetime ! There was a bathtub in master too.We highly recommend!

We loved staying at this condo. It was spacious enough for our family of four plus baby. We loved having the kitchen available, and the extra space of the living room and bathrooms. At the same time, we were very close to the hotel amenities and spent a lot of time at both the Hapuna pools and beach and at the Mauna Kea. The view is absolutely beautiful and Adrian was responsive at all times. I do wish we had more access to cleaning supplies bc we stayed for five nights and I wanted to clean as we went — we had very limited cleaning supplies and garbage bags. I would definitely stay here again if we return to this part of the big island.

Wow! We had a fantastic time at this property and can't recommend it enough.
This brand new condo at Hapuna Beach Residences overlooking the beach + ocean was the perfect vacation spot for us (four adults.) . The unit itself is perfectly appointed and so soothing. The living room overlooks a lawn that sweeps down to the beach making every sunset a pleasure. Both bedrooms are super comfortable - one king and one queen - and each have their own well-designed bathrooms with top notch fixtures. The kitchen made it easy for us to fix light meals and snacks. A local grocery store delivered our grocery order which I had ordered in advance before I left home. We did a little cooking but also took advantage of the restaurants at both resorts - Hapuna Beach Westin and Mauna Kea- and other nearby resorts like the Mauna Lani. It's a huge benefit to be able to use all the Westin and Mauna Kea facilities including the gym, spa and pools. We used everything every day.
Our host was super-responsive whenever we had a question and so was the hotel staff including housekeeping.
It's a lovely resort. This specific location of this unit is at the quietest end of the residences building but still just a few steps to the pool, the hotel and the beach. Ideal.
Definitely a place we would happily return to.
