Fantastic location where we could walk to multiple Gorgeous beaches without thinking about parking, and great space to spread out inside and relax after exploring a truly Fabulous island!!
Wonderful spot. Great views of the mountains. Very close to Hideaway Beach and Queens Bath. Host was very responsive. Appreciated the location, beach towels, flippers and extra sunscreen that was reefsafe. Would love to go back someday and stay longer!
This is our second time staying at this location. We stayed here for two unforgettable weeks—and honestly, we could have stayed forever. The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing, with fresh air, peaceful surroundings, and breathtaking views in every direction. Beaches are just a short walk away, and we loved starting and ending our days with birds, rainbow-filled skies, and a stunning waterfall view right from the lanai. It was the perfect escape from the noise of everyday life. Can’t wait to return!
Amazing layout and property. 2 full bathrooms is a must for families and 2 levels was a huge win. Cookware was more than most rental houses- very helpful! Main shower leaks/drips and should be fixed. Lots of dust and dead dried up bugs on counters and surfaces. Overall would come again if a tad bit cleaner.
Wow! Superb spot for enjoying Hanalei. Steps from the 1 Hotel for morning coffee or drinks with world class views. So much tropical loveliness out all the many windows. Liked the privacy of a standalone unit. No AC is an issue on windless days but most days were breezy. We hit up the ACE hardware store for a couple box fans that helped a lot! We’ll definitely be back.

Princeville is a great area to stay on the island. The condo is right across the street from the trail to Hideaway Beach so you don't have to find a place to park to go to one of the best beaches on the island. The views are spectacular. It is also a short walk to Hanalei One where we would have a drink and watch the sunset.
The Condo was supplied with beach towels, snorkels, fins, and masks. It also had beach chairs and a cooler. The kitchen had everything needed to cook if you would like. We had a great time.
Highly recommend for location, views, and comfort. The home easily accommodated four adults, and is steps away from 1 Hotel and Hideaway Beach. We enjoyed great views from the lanais, and there is a great farmer’s market nearby. Highly recommend!
The reservation and checkin process were very easy, as the owners are friendly and responsive. The villa is clean and well-appointed, with a well-stocked kitchen and fins, masks and chairs for the beach. Our kids were thrilled/disappointed at the awesome collection of old movies, as there didn’t appear to be a way to play them.The view from the balcony was beautiful, a wonderful way to start your day with coffee and the resident flora/fauna. I should note that the downstairs balcony is shared by both bedrooms, so if you have curious kids, keep that in mind. The location of this property is perfect. It is walking distance to Hideaway beach across the street and to the Hotel One beach next door, which has much calmer water. You are able to get food and drinks from the pool bar at the hotel, but not allowed to swim there. They did say that they were working on a day pass system for the pool, but it was not finalized yet. Our only possible complaint about this property would be the lack of air conditioning. I’m not sure if it is a cultural thing in Princeville, but our condo in Poipu had wall units online the bedrooms and it made an enormous difference in the temperature and quality of sleep. During our stay, the bedrooms didn’t really cool down until 3:00 or 4:00 in the morning. That said, none of the individually owned properties in Princeville seem to have AC, so we would definitely stay here again and had a wonderful experience.
It was beautiful and in the perfect location for everything we needed and wanted to do.
The location to the beach and beautiful landscape views make this place a gem. If you like to exercise, the path to town and back is a good morning run. We had everything we needed except more time. We spent almost two weeks, but could have stayed more. Thanks for sharing your place. I hope to return someday.
Large, clean, well-appointed apartment. Comfortable beds. Absolutely magnificent view. Very close to Hideways beach.

Amazing view, beautiful accomodations, awesome landlord. We enjoyed every minute of our stay! Coffee on the deck while enjoying an amazing view, sweet smells, bird songs, and ocean sound. Home was well stocked, kitchen, laundry, beach supplies etc... Beautiful neighborhood, just can't say enough about our stay. We hated to leave. Lori, communicated checkin process and gave us some suggestions on local sites and eats. She made sure I had her cell and email for any questions or issues. Our only issue was we found it very hard to leave...we loved it here!

We had a lovely stay at the Mountain View villa. Always enjoy staying in Princeville. Villa layout is comfortable with all the amenities. Close to a couple beaches, all though it is quite a hike down to both. We enjoyed the Hanalei Bay beaches! Would definitely recommend to others to stay here.
Very good location. Very comfortable with a spectacular view. Close to activities. Electronics in the home were excellent. Kitchen was well appointed.
