Everything about this property exceeded our expectations and was exactly as described in the listing! The hosts really put a lot of thought into stocking the kitchen. The washer/dryer worked great, and the WiFi was fast and reliable. We highly recommend the villa for anybody who enjoys beautiful views and easy access to beaches, hikes, and activities.
Location perfect, views perfect, place modern and perfect too. Loved and savored every moment. 100/10! Thank you! And there is a coffee grinder, if you’re wondering.

Our stay was perfect. The house was clean and well appointed. The location was great..across street from great ocean view spot and wonderful walking/bike path. Kauai Palms real estate was easy to book with, and because everything was organized and efficient at the villa, we didn’t need to ask for anything. We would highly recommend it.
The location and scenery were gorgeous. The home was beautiful and well appointed. The check-in process was easy and they were responsive for requests. The home is delightful and has both a partial view of the ocean and full view of the mountains. You're just 10 steps from an amazing Sunset spot across the road. Walking distance to a golf course, a pizza Pl., Hideaway Beach, and 1 hotel for drinks and dining. Recommend this home for your stay on Kauai!!
Great location near Hanalei Bay and Kileaua with lots of kid friendly activities
The property was very clean and the views were amazing. Very quiet and peaceful. The best views from the property for the sunset! The property was equipped with all appliances needed to cook. Very spacious. Although a small recommendation would be to furnish the balcony with some comfortable sitting furniture but definitely not a deal breaker. Thank you, my wife and I enjoyed our stay. Kisha communicated very well and made the check in real easy.
We loved our stay here! The location was perfect and walking distance to the beach. It’s near a golf course and has nice sidewalks to go on runs. The views of the mountains from the porch was our favorite part. I would stay here again

My husband and I stayed for 8 nights & we had a perfect vacation! The location is ideal with both ocean and mountain views. We had everything we needed and though the WiFi was acting up a bit, Krisha was very quick to respond with help. It was spotless, private, and very comfortable. I would highly recommend it!

This was our 4th year in a row visiting/staying in the north shore area of Kauai, and we picked this condo specifically for its location close to some of the amenities we enjoy. There are great mountain and ocean views throughout the condo, and the unit is directly across from a popular pocket park overlooking the ocean/Hideaway beach - pedestrians peacefully gather throughout each day with visitors watching the sunset and whales in the ocean. You will have access to this prime spot via a 20 yard stroll from your front door! The condo was very modernly updated and was as clean/updated as depicted in the photos. Krisha was a great host and went above/beyond in answering our questions and made check-in a breeze. (she even delivered a new iron/ironing board to the unit on our first day when we asked if there was one somewhere in the unit!)The unit was well appointed and was plenty spacious for my wife and I. There were only 2 very minor items we would recommend to make this unit "perfect": 1) a 2nd TV to be placed in master bedroom, and perhaps some basic local cable access - we had LOTS of rain during our 9 days and had a hard time getting a weather forecast!2) Add a couple chairs for sitting on lower balcony (shared by both bedrooms).

Wonderful property and location. Right across the street is a wonderful lookout of the Hanelei Bay. We saw whales from there! Short walk to beach access and great sidewalks for walking or running. Easy check in and the place had everything we could need. Would absolutely stay here again.
The property is in the perfect location and loved the decor. Beds are comfortable. Has everything you might need. A home away from home!! Would definitely stay there again!!
Things the unit was missing-
- No local TV channels, so no playoff game watching
- No vacuum or broom in unit, but there was a dust pan.
- No bath mat’s in bathroom, had to use a towel for this.
We were not notified that the water was being shut off in the morning of our first full day at the property, even though the property management knew the day before.
They did give us the opportunity to shower in a unit that has been vacated an hour before.
Overall, I would still highly recommend based on the unit itself. It has wonderful mountain and ocean views!

Amazing location, nestled between the heart of Hanalei and Princeville (both best parts of Kauai). The house was stocked with everything you need from kitchen appliances to beach towels and more. We'd definitely come back!
