We had a wonderful time. The facilities in the home were all that we needed. Those in the development and the greater community were more than adequate. Things were so good that we found ourselves every day asking ourselves which choice we make today. We will return and definitely advise others to consider it as a place for a vacation. Thank you.
Awesome property, clean, nice, super comfortable. Very easy to access the pool, golf, and beaches. Clean and spacious with all the comforts of home. Having full laundry and a stocked kitchen made things super convenient. Erika the owner and Hilary the on site manager were both available as needed, but not overbearing.Would definitely recommend to friends and we hope to return soon!

We absolutely love Wai’ula’ula. This unit is perfect for our family of 8 with plenty of room for all. Well stocked with everything we need. Easy seamless and timely communication with the owner was greatly appreciated. We hope to return soon!

This was our second stay at this property. We are a family of 6 and had my parents join us. This property is perfect for our needs. Had everything and more we could want and is wonderfully maintained. Kitchen well stocked, plenty of towels, and a pack and play for our toddler. The owners were super responsive and when we did have one small issue, the property manager was prompt to respond and made himself available in no time. We absolutely love this location and the amenities and our favorite part is taking advantage of the hotels nearby. We get to enjoy the beaches, beautiful pool but also have plenty of space to relax. Thank you again for another memorable trip to the Big Island, we cannot wait to return once more!

We spent a week at Erika's condo on the Big Island in early April. Great access to Mauna Kea and Hapuna resorts (we got the package allowing full access) and beaches! Tons of space in the condo for our family of 4. Easy drive to a few towns, many restaurants, and grocery store...all with 20 mins.
We loved staying at this property. It's conveniently located across from the Mauna Kea and Hapuna properties. We went to the Mauna Kea daily and loved it. We've stayed in this development before and were familiar with the layout. This property was decorated very nicely and located right by the communal pool/gym. The decor was great and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. Lots of utensils, wine glasses, etc. Erica and the property manager were in contact if we needed it, but we only had a few questions otherwise all the information given prior to arrival was easy to follow. We were traveling with a family of five including three teens kids. Two other families that had nearby properties which made it super fun for the teens and parents to hang out. Highly recommend would definitely stay again!
