We really enjoyed our stay here. The place was clean, as described, well furnished and all around enjoyable. My only complaint is the noise of the refrigerator motor which made a high pitch whistling noise. We had to sleep with the door closed. If they fix that the place is perfect.

We throughly enjoyed our stay in 10A! From its ideal location overlooking the Wiakoloa Beach Course to the fabulous ocean view and beautiful sunsets from the spacious lanai. The kitchen was well equipped and the garage stocked with beach equipment. A beautiful home that we highly recommend for your next vacation!
We enjoyed this property with a gorgeous view of the golf course overlooking the ocean. There were shops, adventures and relaxing atmospheres in close proximity to this property. I highly recommend!

Fifth stay at Halii Kai and it never disappoints. Accommodations were excellent.
We loved our time at Hali’i Kai! The community is beautiful and location is great - the water front pool and restaurant were incredible.
The unit was very clean, spacious and well appointed with everything we needed for the stay. We only had 3 traveling (2 adults and our toddler) but could’ve easily fit multiple kids or an additional couple of adults.
Check in and check out were relatively easy and Burt was very communicative throughout.
Would highly recommend!
Our family of 4 had a great stay! The lanai had great views of the ocean, sunsets every night, and whales!! The location was centrally located for various beaches, downtown Kona, and access to the Saddle Road that takes you to the Volcano Park. Burt was super responsive and very accommodating. I highly recommend this location for families with older (17+) kids. We would definitely come back!!
We loved our stay at Hali'i Kai. The unit and grounds were everything that could be expected and asked for. Burt was a fantastic communicator and went out of his way to make sure that everything for the stay was perfect. As a family, we greatly appreciated the array of beach gear that was provided with the unit! Definitely a bonus when travel from a distance.

We loved the condo and it’s location in the Kali Kai neighborhood. The condo was modern and well supplied. It’s a short walk to the pool and the Ocean Club restaurant. When we ran into a minor issue with the washing machine, Burt and Krish promptly replied and got the issue resolved quickly. We wish we could have stayed longer!

I have stayed at several units at halii kai, this one was the best with amenities. They thought of everything! The beach equipment was top notch, made exploring the gorgeous (and very nearby) kohala beaches super easy and comfortable.
The kitchen was very well equipped (they even have an air fryer!). Nice BBQ on the lanai. Lanai had spectacular views of ocean, mountains and golf course. Perfect place to watch sunset. Burt and Krish, the managers, were very nice, accessible and responsive.
The condo came with a garage, so our car was cool!

Our stay was fantastic. The condo was very clean and management was very responsive - had a small problem with the ice maker that was fixed quickly. The grounds are awesome and the pool fantastic. Will absolutely be on our list of places to stay.

Everything about this property is perfect!
The view you have from the deck is beautiful every morning and evening. We loved how close the King and Queen shops are as well.
The pool has a breathtaking view of the ocean and a great little bar and restaurant area.
We will definitely be returning next year for the third time!

We took advantage of the golf membership and played the local courses several times. The pool is beautiful and we nearly had it all to ourselves. We also enjoyed the poolside restaurant. The condo included everything we needed and we appreciated the extra amenities such as laundry detergent, shampoo, beach chairs/towels, etc. We loved the oceanside trail accessibility and walked it nearly every morning. We had a great vacation.

A wonderful experience from beginning to end. The condo is stocked with everything you need. Beautiful sunsets from the lanai. Just a short walk to the resort pool. And we really appreciated golf at the member rates!
We highly recommend this property!
