Amazing location! John was responsive and very helpful. The house was well stocked and had everything we needed (and more) to enjoy Hawaii. Also, beds were very comfortable too. Loved the beach chairs, umbrella, towels and various other items to make our trips to the beach perfect! We will DEFINITELY go back and go here again. :-)

The place was immaculate! The kitchen was well stocked with staples and utensils. Plenty of beach toys to enjoy at the beach. The grounds are beautiful and the pool was a lovely place to be for sunsets. We highly recommend!

Beautiful property and such a nice place to stay! Everything was very smooth for us - we had an amazing time! We had a question and were taken care of right away. Great furnishings - everything was very clean and the condo was very well stocked for the beach and for the stay. Would love to stay here again - and will recommend to anyone! Thank you!

We loved this Big Island property. The complex is quiet and gated with little traffic and noise. We easily explored Kona, Hilo and Volcano from this location, and loved the impeccably clean and well-stocked condo. Thanks again to the lovely owners with great communication! We will be back!!

Wonderful Property! Clean, spacious, everything you need for beach fun. Great location to spring board from. We enjoyed snorkeling, Volcano National Park (got to witness the 6/4 eruption during our 2nd trip to park) and the sunset from Mauna Kea Summit. Lunch and diner on site was surprisingly delicious from the beach club bar/grill area. We only ate off property twice during our stay. Absolutely delicious- Fish Tacos & Pork Nachos a must! Hosts are readily available and responsive. Highly recommend and we would definitely stay again.

We loved the space and cleanliness of the condo. We used the Ocean Club and loved the food, pool and amazing views. We appreciated the ability to use the snorkel gear at the beaches close by and in walkable distance from the condo.

We had an amazing time at this property - we were there for a month and everything went great. The condo itself is amazing - very well appointed and the grounds are immaculate. The pool is great and you can whale watch while doing cardio in the gym. Everything you need for snorkeling or hanging out at the beach is included. Just an amazing place with responsive and helpful owners. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay and the condo was fantastic. It had everything you need in the kitchen. Beach towel, beach bags, chairs, etc. were all available. We had what we needed. The few things I did not like-no light on the patio or Lani. It was so dark at night. We did not like that you could not see the grounds. Also, did not like that there was not any shade by the pool-no umbrellas. You had to go up by the restaurant area and sit in a chair to be shaded. That was a deal breaker for me for future rental. Also, need to loosen up on not allowing to bring beverages to the pool. I am a Type 1 diabetic, had just come from a walk and had a small bottle of soda-needed that for sugar in case the blood sugar ran low. The gal was quite rude on not letting me take it into the pool area even though the bar was not even open. It was 8:00 AM. Seriously. Most people will still buy from the bar, but this was a bit ridiculous. But all in all we enjoyed our stay. The condo was wonderful, just the ground management needs some loosening of the strings….

We've stayed in a few condos in the general vicinity over the years. This was definitely one of the nicest. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of beach/water sports equipment, even tennis rackets and a basketball! Nice, large kitchen and family room area to stretch out in.

The property is well maintained and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well stocked, and the owner provides all the beach gear, tennis rackets, snorkel equipment, etc. the beds are very comfortable and the lanai is great place to enjoy your morning coffee. We have rented this unit several times and have always had a great experience.

This villa at Hali'i Kai was absolutely great for our stay! Check-in was a breeze, host accommodated an earlier check in, and the condo was even more spacious than it looked online—plenty of room for everyone to relax. The location was super quiet and peaceful, and we appreciated the short, pleasant walk to the Ocean Club.The condo itself was clean, with a well-stocked kitchen that made cooking a breeze. The master bedroom was super comfortable, and the second bedroom with two queen beds was great for our teenagers. We also appreciated all the little extras, like beach toys and accessories.The Ocean Club was a highlight—beautiful ocean views, a saltwater pool, a low key locals restaurant and bar. We also enjoyed the tennis/pickle ball court. The local is easy access to the Kona airport, central for sightseeing, and close to restaurants and shopping.

My family had a great time staying at this condo - in particular, we really enjoyed being walking distance from a nice resort pool overlooking the ocean with a private (to the resort) bar and restaurant.
The condo itself was clean and well stocked with items to use, like boogie boards, beach towels, hats, etc..
