This is a great option for a large family with kids. The kids under 12 took the bunk room, and we all had plenty of our own space in the other rooms. House had a bunch of toys and chairs in the garage that we could use at our time down at Hanalei. Easy access when we arrived late and not a burdensome checkout list. Thanks Kauai Vacation Rentals!

We had two families of four, with four kids under the age of 9. It was an awesome setup for everyone and the kids had a blast with the pool, pool table, big yard, etc. Beds were very comfortable. Also was excellent to have everything we would need to go to the beach from chairs, to boogie boards, tents, and coolers. Just a really great experience overall! Thank you!
We had a great time at this property! The house and views were beautiful! It was close to everything we wanted to do.
House is big, clean and well stocked with basic amenities. Pool and hot tub were great. Nice and quiet neighborhood with beautiful park around the corner. Highly recommend.
The house was very spacious and beautiful over all our stay was great, however the house lacks towels, dishes, pots and pans, napkins, toilet paper, a broom, the hot tub in the pool didn’t heat. The wood is coming apart in the pantry and we saw many bugs.
Great house and location for a friend gathering! Would come back again!

Our family of 5 adults,3 teens, and a tween stayed in this home in July 2024. The back patio was lovely:overlooks a lush golf course, the cool breeze is constant. The kitchen is large enough and well stocked with essentials but the faucet was not working properly. Decor and furnishings are dated but not unattractive. Laundry very good. Lighting inadequate in bunk room. No dressers, etc. for clothing. There is no air conditioning-- mostly a problem in the room with the two bunks. They are large and block the windows on one side of the room so cross ventilation is weak. Also, there is no ceiling fan in that room as shown in photos. We did request and were given additional floor fans which helped. The other bedrooms had enough ventilation that they were not unpleasant at night. The main floor bedrooms are all quite small, but the upper floor with its separate sitting area and balcony are great. The TV should be moved to the sitting area from that bedroom though. The pool table is not in the house, as implied by the photo, but in the garage. The heat there was stifling most of the time. There is a nice enclosed de-sanding area with hose and shower. Biggest issue for us was the pool: it was dirty when we arrived, the cleaner, which was supposed to remain in the pool at all times, was not functioning. Since that was the reason we rented this property that was a disappointment. The agency did make a good faith effort to help. Hot tub great; pool spa nonfunctional.
Everything was amazing and as advertised. The home is very spacious and easily accommodated two families with five teenagers. I appreciated the cleanliness of the rental home. The trade winds were blowing so no a/c was no problem! The location is great! A favorite for all was watching the numerous bird species from the back lanai. I would 100% rent this home again.
We very much enjoyed everything about our stay in Princeville. The house is perfect for our two families with enough room for people to have personal space and gather together as they wish. It was perfect for our group of four adults and four teens.

Overall, we were very happy with our stay. We selected the property for the private pool and was not disappointed. The pool table was used often and appreciated. We would have liked to have better lighting over the dining table and a streaming-ready tv.
House was nice, may need a deep clean, floors were dirty and sticky.. I had to sleep on the couch due to the primary suite’s bed being very uncomfortable, super soft, with zero support. Pillows are also very thick, if you have neck issues bring your own. Also pool vacuum must stay on and in, at all times, even when swimming. It was nice to have fans and it was a spacious layout. Beautiful location
