We stayed at this beautiful home in Princeville for 10 nights with our whole family of 7 , ages 3, 10, 12, 17, 20 and 54, and we had the time of our lives!The house was fully equipped with everything you could possibly think of and beautifully decorated . This home is squeaky clean!!!! The kitchen was stocked like a chef’s kitchen, and we loved cooking meals together and enjoying them on the gorgeous lanais. Both lanais offered the most spectacular mountain views—absolutely breathtaking!The kids loved playing ping pong, while the little ones were delighted feeding the beautiful Hawaiian birds and discovering the cutest little lizards. Some of our favorite moments were sipping coffee on the lanai in the morning and watching the sun rise over the mountains.We really appreciated the extra attention to detail throughout the home—especially having a coffee grinder. As coffee lovers, we enjoyed picking up locally grown beans, grinding them fresh at the house, and brewing our coffee while taking in the views.Gail truly thought of everything for beach days—beach chairs, beach towels, snorkel gear, and boogie boards were all provided, which made our outings easy and fun.This home is a true gem in Princeville, and we are so grateful for the wonderful memories we made here. We would love to return again!
We were very pleased with this house. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need. Although there isn't A/C, there are ceiling and other fans to keep cool. I really like the Princeville location, short drive to Hanalei Bay. Patio furniture was very comfortable while looking at the great view Owner is very quick to respond.
House was big, quiet neighborhood perfect North Kaua’i Princeville location.
Exactly like the pictures! We had the best time and Gail was most accommodating and her house is beautiful and clean and the views are breathtaking!
We celebrated my husband's 80th birthday with our adult children and daughter-in-law in this beautiful and impeccable home. The three bedroom & three baths offered privacy to all. The lanais and views are beautiful and comfortable. The interior decorating and cleanliness made us all feel so comfortable and at home. It has everything you will need to include all the beach gear you might need. My husband and son played golf at Makai and they could not stop talking about the experience.
Five of us shared this spacious home. While Kauai has mostly wonderful weather, we did have a big storm pass through that kept us indoors for a couple of days. I am please to say we still loved our experience by having such a comfortable and well appointed accommodation, even without Internet access!
Amazing stay. Stop and smell the flowers or trees. Rainbow eucalyptus tree visible if you pause and look. Many amenities, quiet area. Owners very accommodating to our check in and out times. Definitely going back.
We brought our family of 6, including parents and our 20 somethings to Kauai. Gail's communication was wonderful prior and during our stay.The home was perfect! It was exceptionally clean. The host thought of everything to make the home comfortable. I am going to miss waking up to a view of the mountains every morning.I would love to stay here again!

My husband & I enjoyed the homes location, it was clean, had very comfortable beds & any and all amenities you would need for a great trip…The homeowner was easy to get a hold of and was very friendly too! Although it was just my husband and I, this home would easily be a great option to rent for a family of 6 vacation as well! Thank you Gail & Joe~
Elegantly furnished large 3 bedroom home right by scenic small lake/disc golf course. Quiet area with lots of beautiful trees and birds. Fresh lime and lemons available in backyard. Kitchen reasonably stocked. Plenty of bathroom amenities included. Walking distance to outdoor gym/farmer's market/Foodland grocery store. Late check out provided since evening flight. Highly recommend as long as not on a tight budget. Guests required to purchase insurance coverage as well as $1K damage deposit.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, with beautiful views out all windows. The spacious outdoor patios/decks were perfect for our family to enjoy the lush scenery. However, we did get some bug bites. The location was great and within walking distance to Queen’s Bath. The host was very communicative, helpful, and accommodating for our toddlers. The home was rather warm and humid without AC, though the fans provided helped somewhat. Overall it was a wonderful place in Princeville!
This was the second stay for my husband and I. This time with friends joining us. Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the incredible views. We love this beautiful house in part for the location and view, but it also has everything one might need for cooking and the beach. We hope to be back next year.
