Spent a fabulous week in Princeville. House was as advertised! The pool was perfect. Couple of things to note: there is a full flight of stairs if someone is challenged by stairs, you do need to put all your food away at night (pesky bugs) and there is no outdoor dining table. Other than that, the beds were fantastic, no problem getting assitance from the rental agency and the neighborhood was super quiet and close to everything. We'll be back.
Checkin was very easy. Lock box code was sent in plenty of time and house was ready as promised. Everything was so nice and clean and the house is spacious and comfortable. It was just right for our family of 6. Kitchen had all items needed, pool/beach items were available. Beds and bathrooms were very nice.
This was our first time staying on the north side of Kauai and we loved it. With 6 adults (family), we were looking for a location with a few amenities, but also a place we could relax. This house was perfect for that. First, we loved the neighborhood. Not only were the neighbors friendly, but seeing all the baby Albatross every day was a highlight. We drove by all 4 of them daily just to check on them. From a location standpoint, there is so much around that it really is a perfect location. We loved having restaurants and a great grocery store so close, especially with the house set up for cooking, if that is your thing. From a sightseeing and activity standpoint, the house was so close to a lot. Sealodge Beach and Queens Bath were so close and our kid’s favorite places. It was also short drive to Hanalei, where we spent a lot of time exploring, eating, and shopping. All in all, we love the location and the house. We enjoyed the pool on several occasions and our only wish was it had a hot tub. If you are looking for a nice, relaxing, modern house with many amenities on the north side of the island, this is your place.
This property is clean and extremely well-stocked and the beds are comfortable. The owner provides lots of beach gear, including surfboards, bodyboards, chairs, umbrellas, sand toys and more. The pool is fantastic and even had a shade umbrella that covered much of the pool. We enjoyed seeing the young albatrosses just down the street. Hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did!
This house is fantastic. Great location in Princeville. Loved the neighborhood, beautiful beaches nearby, walking paths, golf course, and private swimming pool. House was very clean. Kitchen had everything needed to cook meals. Appreciated the beach towels and washer and dryer to do laundry. Also, nice to have a grocery store nearby. If you go try the Fresh Bite food truck and Wishing Well Shaved Ice. Both were excellent and in a really cool area a short drive away.
Property was beautiful. Clean and perfect for our family of 4. We loved the pool. Location was quiet and a short walk to several things. Would for sure stay here again.
Our family of six adults thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home is lovely with beautiful views. The kitchen has everything you need for meal prep, lots of small things have been considered to make your stay easier. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out but also many great gathering spaces. The pool was a great added bonus!We would highly recommend this home and plan to return!

House was beautiful, roomy and comfortable - beds were especially comfortable - and had everything we could ask for as far as the kitchen, baths and entertainment area was concerned. Everything was well maintained and in working order and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We cannot recommend it highly enough. In fact, we do have not even a single complaint - not even a minor one.
My husband has already reviewed this property but I’ll throw my 2 cents in to. The house was very clean, a little warm and stuffy but turning on the air conditioners solved that problem quickly. The kitchen was well equipped for my foodie husband, the pool was an added plus especially post morning walks! Overall the house and area serpassed our expectations.

This house was even more beautiful than the pictures showed. It was spacious and wonderfully equipped for a family. They also supply just about everything for long days at the beach. It was very clean and comfortable. It has a secret trail for the home owners and guests that ends in an exotic private beach. That was so much fun for our kids. We had a wonderful, relaxing stay. We spent our days exploring the island and our evenings cooking in the well-equipped kitchen, and snuggling in the comfortable living room for family movie nights.
First time Hawaii, first time Kauai. The house is perfect for family of four. Each teen gets its own bedroom. The master bedroom has its own bathroom, the other bedrooms share one. Each bedroom as access to outside and the pool - fantastic for a morning swim. The pool is well maintained. Highly recommend a property with a pool. It's so relaxing to come back from a day of sightseeing or hiking. The secret beach nearby the house is great too. It's a bit of a hike and I wouldn't recommend it for a full beach day (lack of showers, restrooms and food options). However, it's a super romantic setting for afternoon or morning swims.
Everything we needed was there. We only needed to shop some groceries. The wifi worked without issues, too. The kitchen is well organized. The property offers really good privacy and the area is really quiet. We loved this week so much. Maloha!

Great house, recently renovated, with a hard to find pool on a quiet street in Princeville. Nice open views of the ocean and SeaLodge in the distance from the second level. A/C a big plus.Not much more you could ask for when looking for a family accommodation on the north shore. We had a great time in this house, no issues whatsoever.

We had an amazing first time visit to Hawaii last week. We loved the Princeville and North Shore area. Our day trips to the south shore confirmed to us that the North Shore is the prettiest spot on the island. This house was amazing as well. It's on a quiet street and has an amazing view of the ocean b/c there is an open lot across the street. We loved the private pool as well. The house was very clean and provided beach chairs, bikes, and even a cooler. We loved it !

This home was exactly as described. It was clean and very comfortable. The bedding is wonderful...so comfortable! The air conditioning worked well. The pool was very nice. We enjoyed our stay very much.
This property was amazing. Rooms were spacious and clean. Property has A/C and is in close proximity to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The private pool was clean and had lounge chairs with umbrellas. Overall, I would highly recommend this property.

This house is outstanding! The kitchen is fully stocked with every kitchen appliance you might ever need for a dinner party. The bedrooms were very comfortable. We spent a lot of time lounging in the backyard pool. We enjoyed exploring the neighborhood, and I loved keeping an eye on a baby albatross next door. Highly recommend this gem!

Albatrosses frequent this neighborhood during nesting season (November - June). We were treated to chicks on the ground and adults flying, dancing, and feeding the chicks.The house is wonderful. The upstairs open-plan living area has great views in all directions and breezes flowing through. The kitchen is very well equipped. The downstairs bedrooms are nothing special but perfectly adequate for sleeping. The property is very well maintained; in fact, an overgrown banana palm that blocked our view was pruned during our stay. The Hawaii Life host was very responsive and helpful.The location is convenient to activities in Princeville, Hanalei, and Kilauea. Overall, an enjoyable and memorable experience.
We are a family of 6 and needed a big house with room to cook and play games near all the best beaches. We snorkeled or hiked or surfed every day. We loved the local food store and cooked together in the big kitchen. Hostess was so kind and responsive when we had a minor issue. Great place!!! And the Albatrosses next door are a huge bonus!
