Property Description

About this space
Aolani Hale is a high quality local property and is a self-contained vacation destination! From the moment the remotely controlled gate swings open, it’s obvious that this is a place where once in a lifetime memories of paradise are bound to happen. As you drive the approx. 250 feet down the paved palm-lined drive, the care and detail that went into this carefully crafted 2 acre property become immediately apparent.
The space
Welcome to Vacation Keaau: Aolani Hale! The house is located just outside of Hilo on the big Island in a subdivision called Hawaiian
Paradise Park (HPP) and it’s North America’s biggest subdivision at 12,000 acres. The HPP has four main entrances from Highway 130. They are well marked at the highway.

The property sits at 19.25 degrees North lat and 154.25 long at 450 feet above sea level. No tsunamis here folks!
Guest access
You have full access to all the amenities here at Aolani Hale such as our above ground pool and pool side lanai, barbecue, on site exercise equipment and of course our house. Use the inflatables in the pool and feel free to use the provided snorkle equipment at the beach.
