Free parking was great. Relatively small unit. Well thought out layout. Easy, fast communication with host.
We enjoyed our stay here. Everything in the listing was accurate and we especially enjoyed having a designated parking spot which made coming and going easy. There were boogie boards and some snorkelling gear provided, although we had our own so didn’t use it, but thought it was a nice touch. Overall a great stay.
Conveniently local in downtown Honolulu this cute little studio allows easy access to all the city and the island has to offer. It’s perfect for a single or a couple. Free parking is a major plus and it’s better than a hotel room to prepare a breakfast before exploring the island. The listing is accurate and the host is accommodating and communicative. Five stars!

It is apparent that time and effort is put into making sure the property is clean and functional. It’s a small studio on the interior of the building so no outside views but it worked great for our short stay. The host gave very clear instructions for check in and check out. The parking was the most complicated part of checkin and checkout but the parking space was free which was amazing!
Small, tidy and well located. Was perfect for what we needed to tour the island from.
We enjoyed our stay at this quiet little hideaway! As first time VRBO users, I was a little nervous about trying it, but Chad was a great host ... very helpful!
This is a comfortable one room place to stay in a convenient location. One note, there are no windows to the outside so it is a little dark. Recommended to anyone looking for a relatively inexpensive place to stay near Waikiki.
Great little condo perfect for my little family. Definitely will be staying here again.

The property itself was really great and quiet. Plenty of food places around and a grocery store. I had rented a motorcycle for my stay and the parking was great to have.
The only downside was that if you surf, it is kind of a pain walking with a board to the nearest area to surf.

Nice and clean place to stay . Manager Chad was very responsive. Also very Quite place too , you will sleep very well in apartment.
I usually don’t write reviews but had to share how amazing our stay was! It was one of the best rental stays we've had in recent memory. The entire experience was so well managed. The property manager was so proactive, responsive and kind when they reach out. Check-in and out were well-explained and didn't ask us to do too much. Essentially, a breeze. If you stay anywhere else, parking is a nightly charge or not included. Parking was included and super easy to get in and out of. The beach was just minutes away from us and so is their main shopping center. Such a cozy property that is conveniently located downtown. We walked to Walmart or any restaurant nearby. Everything looks newly renovated and well stocked. We slept so soundly every night with the AC on blast! We couldn't have had a better experience. Thanks again for the wonderful experience!
Perfect as listed . Chad was a great host attentive. Studio was nice and clean and perfect for our needs. Parking was a bonus and free . Considering Waikiki charges $35-50 per night for parking . Lots of restaurants within walking distance which was nice.
