The cleaning fee was only briefly mentioned at booking and was way too expensive. We missed a day of our trip because of flight issue and the host was not flexible to help us regarding our missed day and the unexpected outrageous cleaning fee
This is a BEAUTIFUL condo in an excellent location with a short drive to all to see/do/eat/shop. Beaches are plenty with monk seals and turtles 24/7. The condo itself is well appointed with many extras. It’s decorated like home, without air conditioning, which most people don’t mind & love the “cross winds”-others with allergies, may have some more symptoms than normal and leaves the dampness of linens a bit getting used to. The washer & dryer are a huge bonus and the facilities grounds are kept in immaculate condition!
The condo is very well located - we loved the patio with the garden access and it's easy to access everything we wanted to see on the south of the island. A beautiful beach is at a 3 minutes walk - perfect sand, lot of waves to play with the kids (there's also a surf school), beach towels and others beach gear included with the condo. We loved the "little fish coffee" just across the street!
We were worried that it would be too hot without air conditioning but we were very confortable.
Our tow suggestions:
- a little bit more of basic supply would be helpful ( cooking oil, spices, laundry soap, ...);
- the bed is very confortable, but the fold out queen size sofa in the living room is too soft - ok for kids but not adults.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The grounds were lovely with a large area to walk around. Nice beach access and an easy walk to other beaches. Pool, restaurants and shopping just across the road within easy walking distance. The condo had everything we needed to cook and the washer and dryer was perfect too. The trade winds were nice to keep it cool and a safe area to keep everything open.
We loved our stay at this beautiful well stocked condo. Very ckean & well kept. Close to parking lot & all amenities. Comfy bed!
All the amenities I needed. Washer/dryer very handy. Pullout couch available for grandchild from nearby unit wanting to sleep in own bed. Ground floor unit with walkout onto large grass space as well as lanai for relaxing at 'home'. Close to athletic club and local shopping as well as beach. Beach umbrella and chairs available and used. Very relaxing condo and plantation.
The driest part of the island but the beach is right there.

We loved that ours had a washer and dryer in the unit. So comfortable and close to both the beach and pool. The grounds are beautiful. Highly recommend!
