Liam's place was excellent! Just as listed, clean, and a great location in Ko O'lina. Also it's not in the tsunami zone - don't ask me how I know lol.Liam was a great host and was great at communicating prior to and during our stay. Would highly recommend!
Everything about this place was so easy. Arrival, departure and everything in between. The beds were super comfortable and there were plenty of towels and linens. Also, there is a hair dryer even though it’s not listed in the amenities. My only suggestion would be to have more seating in the living area. The condo can easily sleep 6, but there is only comfortable seating for 4 in the living area unless you sit on a bar stool. We appreciated the clean, cute condo with its wonderful location in Ko Olina.

Great property. Stayed in Ko'Olina before and although this is a little ways from the lagoons, the reduced price made it well worth the extra walking. The pool at the property is very nice, but, the hottub use is restricted to those 16 and over (which is ridiculous) and there were occasionally staff there enforcing it.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay in Ko Olina! The check-in process was seamless, and the property manager was so welcoming. The property itself is pristine and thoughtfully equipped, with plenty of games to keep the kids (ages 8 and 10) entertained. The neighborhood felt incredibly safe, and the kind, friendly neighbors only added to the experience.
The location offers a lot of privacy and peace, making it the perfect getaway. While the area is quiet, it’s still part of the resort, which wasn’t overly crowded—a great balance for relaxation and convenience. We loved that it was only about a 20-minute walk to the beach, and having the closest ABC store just 30 minutes away was really handy for quick shopping trips.
Liam was an excellent host, and we can’t wait to rent this property again. Highly, highly recommended for families or anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Ko Olina!
This condo is exactly as described. Property manager and owner went above and beyond to accommodate. I cannot say enough about the flexibility and hospitality we received. Place is Comfortable for a family of 5-6. We were gone most days to other parts of the island but did use the pool/hottub many nights! Development is very quiet and secure. Did work remotely some days which was perfect as well. Highly recommend this owner and home!
This property is located in KoOlina in Oahu. This is gated little community next to the good beaches and hotels. The townhouse is very comfortable and clean. Nice and quiet place which is suited for family vacation and work from home setting.
The owner and the manager of the place are super friendly and helpful people. I can not say enough good things about this place. Super clean, comfortable memory foam beds, well stocked kitchen, beach chairs: all you need and more.
There is parking on premises(garage). The beach is about 20-25 min walk or you can drive but the parking is limited.

We have been staying in Ko Olina for several years, making memories with family.
This townhouse was immaculately clean. The organization of the check in and support was excellent. Liam and his team answered all questions and concerns immediately.
There were plenty of towels and linens. The kitchen was well stocked. I would call it partially furnished.
We spent a lot of our time on the lanai. The pool was maybe a 5 -10-minute walk away.
Ko Olina is beautiful, and the pictures speak for themselves.
This unit was wonderful, and I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

Overall excellent stay for a month. House had everything we needed and plenty of room for a family of 5. The interior was brand new. Safe and quiet, tucked in the back of the resort. Location was great, short walk to the lagoons and a shorter walk to the pool. Excellent communication with the host. The garage made it nice to store our stuff and had an extra freezer chest to store frozen food. Also included beach chairs, floats, and beach towels. Can’t wait to go back next year.
