• Front Desk Registration: The minimum age for check-in is 18 years of age and proof of age with valid identification corresponding to the name on the reservation must be presented at check-in.
• Front desk hours: 07:00 am - 10:00 pm.
• The room number indicated in the reservation confirmation may vary from the room assigned to you at the front desk. If you have two or more different reservations numbers for the same stay, you will probably need to change rooms during your stay. We will do our best to keep you in the same room, however, there are occasions when a room change will be necessary.
• Housekeeping is provided once per week during complete week stays.
• 2 outdoor pools, open 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM

• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony.
• NO PETS ALLOWED.
• Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine. This property may use NoiseWare technology to ensure the comfort and security of the guest.
