Great property, and unit 229 was very comfortable, well stocked, and sits in a great location.
This is such a lovely place. We stayed in this location for the first half of our Kaua’i vacation and we’re so glad we did. The area is beautiful and safe. The home and facilities are clean, beds are comfortable, parking is convenient, and the host provides all you may need to be comfortable, like laundry soap, shampoo and conditioner, beach chairs, cooler with ice packs, and more. While staying here, we especially loved spending our mornings and evenings on the large balcony. This area of Princeville has a lot of homes/condos/rentals, but is in a very quiet location so it was a relaxing way to start and end our days. When it got too hot outside, we just popped inside to the cool AC. We did not have to contact the host while staying in their home because we had all our needs met. We would stay here again if we’re ever blessed enough to come back to Kaua’i.
Had everything we needed and more. Comfortable and close to a lot of things. A little noisy from proximity to neighboring unit and early morning traffic on road, since we slept with windows open for airflow. Never needed A/C even with above average temps.
We really enjoyed our stay. No complaints from us.However, I’ll share some feedback that you may want to look into for your future guests.Front door knob lock is missing. Only the metal storm door had locks on it.Living room sliding door is very hard to move. Could use some grease?Upstairs fan sporadically turned on and off.Thanks for hosting us!
Nice condo with easy access to local beaches, etc
Excellent 2-story condo in Princeville at a (for Princeville) reasonable price. Loved the ceiling fans, air conditioning, and large size extra beds (for man-sized teenage sons). Was able to cook a lot in the kitchen (saving eating-out costs which are high in Kauai). The TVs are nice, the deck is nice, and the washer and dryer worked well. We mostly drove to the beach and hiking spots, but we did use the pool too.

Very clean unit, comfortable sleeping arrangements, good amount of cooking gear. Air conditioning is an absolute plus. Can get a little warm so helps at night to sleep comfortably but okay in morning and early day to have air off and windows open. Spacious. Had 3 adults for most of the visit and each had their own bed. 2 good sized full bathrooms. A 30 second walk to pool and grill which was convenient. Pool area was well maintained as well. A very nice hangout when just “staying in.” A short 10 min drive to Hanalei shops and beach. Has some beach gear but may need to rent some things. However the owners/managers of unit communicated well so we knew where to rent things. If cooking, grocery store is a 4 min drive away. Unit is well maintained and pretty. Their pictures are a true depiction of the unit. Parking space also very close to unit - definite plus when lugging around beach gear!

Great spot in princeville! We enjoyed the lanai, and the rec trail nearby. The grill and pool were well kept.Owner/manager was responsive with our questions or needs.

Booking etc was easy and everything about check in and check out went like clockwork. Cute condo with awesome deck, kitchen had everything needed for meal prep. Pool & hot tub were clean and pretty

Wonderful. Didn't know that the house instructions were all on line so had a few questions, but everything went smoothly and such a beautiful location.
Kitchen and bath well stocked. No Keurig, bring your favorite grounds.
Amazing little place that was perfect for our family. Very clean, quiet and great to have laundry and use of beach supplies! Owner/manager was very responsive for any questions. Thank you only wish we could have stayed longer!
Nicely equipped--water filtering pitcher & electric kettle for tea were especially nice to have. A/C in the bedroom for warmer nights greatly appreciated. Nice assortment of beach toys. Parking spot under a shady tree was a bonus.
Nice swimming pool. Can be a little noisy depending on your neighbors.
This condo was immaculate and very quiet. It was perfect for two of us, but it could sleep two more in the open loft. We loved sitting on the lanai in the evenings and watching the sunset. The location is only a 10-minute drive from Hanalei, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and food trucks. We would love to have stayed longer here, and we would definitely book this place again.
The host and housekeeper were very helpful in tracking us down when I left my wallet on the bed after checking out. Thank you, Patricia (I think) and Marilyn!

The condo was clean and welcoming - enjoyed the balcony seating for meals when we were there. Prior visits were all WorldMark and we would come back here again for another family holiday!

It was a little tricky finding the parking spot and condo but with help from the property manager we were able to locate each!
Marilyn was so quick to respond when the WiFi wouldn’t work to help find a solution which she did!
Had all the pots and pans and necessities for cooking. Was a great experience!

What a fantastic stay!! The unit is spacious and well stocked. It is perfectly located to all the best Kaua’i’s North Shore has to offer, including Hanalei for shopping, dining, and beaching, Anini Beach for snorkeling, and Kilauea for good views and eats. We especially enjoyed amenities that this unit offered, including a designated parking space, laundry facilities, beach supplies (towels, snorkel equipment and towels, etc.), and community pool and hot tub. We didn’t need air conditioning at all during our stay - the fans were more than enough. Mahalo Marilyn for your hospitality!!
