This was a fantastic rental, even better than the photos portray. We loved everything about this comfortable, perfectly located home. We enjoyed all the extra amenities, including the bikes, corn hole, well-stocked bathrooms and kitchen, and beach gear. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Everything was so great for our family.
The house was very clean with everything you'd need. It was great having bikes already there to use around the area, and LOTS of beach gear also! Would definitely recommend as a place to stay!
This is a wonderful home located near lots of activities. Our family of six had a great time.

We stayed 5 nights in Princeville with my wife and 3 boys. We had a really good time in this lovely refusnished house. The available beach equipment was definetely top-notch. The kitchen was well equiped and the bedrooms and bathrooms were convenient and clean. Strongly recommend.
The house had everything we needed and more! The master bedroom has its own air conditioner as does the main living space with living room, open kitchen and dining room. All three bedrooms have ceiling fans and the two full bathrooms looked new. Every room was clean and tidy. Finished garage had washer and dryer, picnic table, exercise equipment, beach chairs and towels, yard games and coolers. The location in Princeville was perfect for our north shore exploration. We’re not sure when we’ll return, but one week was not enough!
The house was located in Princeville and close to all the sights we wanted to see and visit on the north side of Kauai. We drove to Kapaa and Poipu on 2 separate days and the drives were pretty easy. The house was spacious and clean with plenty of amenities. The kitchen was well equipped and stocked with spices. The owner left plenty of beach towels, toys and even coolers which came in handy. We did not get a chance to use the bikes or Peloton, which looked in top shape too. The neighborhood was beautiful and very quiet. Our stay was perfect and we would love to stay here again next time we visit this beautiful island paradise.
Our family of 4 had an action filled vaca in Kauai and this home was a serene spot for us to unwind and relax. We took advantage of the bikes which was super fun and convenient.
Awesome place and location. Enjoyed having the bikes and beach stuff. House has a great setup. Our 4 year old loved the back yard park. Erin was a great host and couldn’t have done any better. Perfection!

We really enjoyed this house. We loves having the use of several bikes, boogie boards, chairs-- even some extra towels. The kitchen is small-ish, if you have several people who like to cook (which we do). One small recommendation: more seating in the living area. We wanted to hang out there, but there were not enough comfortable seats for all of us. Lovely house though!
