We stayed with our multigenerational family (grandparents (70s), teens (16,19) my husband and myself and really enjoyed our stay! The unit was very well stocked, super clean and organized and an easy drive to Hanalei Bay and everything we needed. The management was very responsive and great to work with. The close proximity to the shuttle stop for the state park was great as well. The only reading didn’t give it five stars was the fact that it back the very busy, rather loud main road and there wasn’t really a place to eat together outside to enjoy the weather and the view. Otherwise it was a great experience!

The house was immaculate, and we all agreed that the kitchen was better stocked than our own kitchens at home! Loved that they had a few condiments in the kitchen and laundry supplies. Beds were surprisingly comfortable. The location was great. Would definitely recommend the property and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The kitchen is well stocked for every conceivable need. The rooms are comfortable and we all felt at ease during our stay. The garage is also well stocked for days at the beach including beach chairs, shade umbrellas, boogie boards, and beach toys. When we asked questions of the host, they were extremely responsive and helpful. We highly recommend this condo to you and your family.

The condo is exactly what is listed. It is beautiful and has everything you need (plus much more) to be comfortable and enjoy your vacation! I gave location 4* only because the back of the unit is next to the road. That wasn't a problem during the day, but being country folk, we're not used to the noise when we sleep. Casa Makara is truly AMAZING! It is incredibly clean and well-equipped! We had everything we needed in the kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry. Beds are comfortable, and everything in the house is in good shape. The location is convenient to stores and restaurants, and it’s a quick walk to the wonderful pool area. We spent a lot of time there! Great communication with property host. Would 100% recommend!

Totally exceedingly expectations! I feel like the photos didn’t do the place justice. I’ll start with the house itself: it was awesome. We had 2 couples and 3 kids. That little bonus bunkbed room was awesome so everyone could have a bed to themselves and there were doors that closed. House was super clean and had everything we needed and then some. I totally thought I’d be entering a pretty bare house based off of the photos but it had so many extras like boogie boards, sand toys, chairs, umbrella, canopy, wagon, snorkel stuff, kitchen gadgets, spices, plenty of shampoo and conditioner, beach towels, laundry soap. The garage was big enough to fit our mini van. It is a townhome which I don’t think I realized from the photos so you are connected to a neighbor. But the neighborhood was super quiet and the neighbor was really friendly and quiet as well. The location was amazing. I loved running on the path next to the golf course that was right by the house. Princeville was a fabulous location to stay at and I don’t think I’ll stay anywhere else from now on. The property management was great to work with as well. Super responsive and detailed with the upcoming trip and giving me all the info I needed. When checking in I didn’t realize the keypad was right above the door handle. Totally my fault but I ended up calling at about 6 pm panicked that the code wasn’t working and someone answered right away and patiently waited for me to stop being an idiot and find the keypad.

We had three generations staying there ranging from late 60s to 6 months. The house was perfect. They had great equipment for the beach, a port a crib, high chair, great children’s books and some toys. Nice pool and a great location. We would definitely stay there again!

First off my family has stayed in about a dozen different homes/resorts/VRBOs/ Airbnb /condos and so far this has hands down been the best house and environment we have ever stayed in on the islands. Amazing house, kid and adult friendly, laundry, dishes, cooking, etc. We cannot express enough how fantastic this house was and how perfect it was for our family. We plan on making this an annual trip to 21A!
