The condo is clean with new fixtures, cabinets and floors. The bathroom is very nice! The decor and furniture are spartan — more like a hotel than someone’s home. The kitchen was adequately stocked with plates, utensils, pans, etc. Lots of great towels for both bath and beach! The in room washer/dryer is a fantastic amenity. Four stars instead of five bc the bedroom mattress was very uncomfortable for me. It’s memory foam and very soft. Otherwise, our stay was a delight.
The property is beautiful and comfortable. It’s perfect for sunsets, and we will definitely stay here again.

The property is perfectly located on the ocean and a short walk to the downtown district of Kona. There are many beaches within walking distance as well as local craft market.

Thought the unit contained a washer/dryer as wording did not mention coin laundry. Short on silverware but think that will be taken care of. Really a great property, lot of returning guests which speaks for itself

My parents stayed in this apartment and found it well-equipped and the perfect place to finish our trip to Hawaii! We enjoyed whale-spout sightings and sunsets from the beach, played games at the pool, and sipped coffee from the lanai. Perfect! We stayed in a unit across from them and it worked out great!
Had a nice stay over the holidays at this condo. The pools and the on-site beach area were great. Used the gas BBQ one night and it worked as it should. Location was alright, we wished we were slightly closer to town but it the 25 minute walk still wasn't bad. Only complaint is that the beach amenities could be improved. There were no beach chairs and the umbrellas were almost non-functional. While it is understood that these were not advertised we have found them to be standard when renting a condo in Hawaii.
Perfect for a months stay for 2. From this unit you look down on the garden, fountains and its birds, rather than the busier pool areas. You can sit on the lanai even in the heat of the day as its on the shady side of the building. We cooked/BBQed all our meals and ate them on the lanai. Especially loved the saltwater pool oceanside. This unit is one of only a few with elevator access (no stairs.) The condo is an easy walk to Kona and 45-min drive north or south to the best snorkeling beaches on the island. The management company was exceptional in its responsiveness when small issues arose. We've booked again for next year. Small suggestions: needs a drying rack for wet swimuits and a couple of beach chairs.
