Start your day sipping Kona coffee on the lanai while soaking in the peaceful ocean vista, and wind down each evening with spectacular Pacific sunsets.
Interior Highlights: Enjoy modern upgrades throughout the unit, including a kitchen outfitted with stainless steel Bosch appliances and a washer/dryer. The living room has a 50-inch smart TV with cable, while the bedroom features a 42-inch smart TV, both equipped for streaming services like Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon.
Comfort & Convenience: Central air conditioning, along with ceiling fans in the living room, bedroom, and lanai, ensure a comfortable stay.
*The OCEAN POOL will be temporarily closed April 28th- May 9th for sand mitigation.
*Complex AC will be shut down from 9:00 AM on Monday, June 9th estimated to be back on by 5:00 PM on Friday, June 13th.
Minimum night stay varies seasonally from 4 to 10 nights.

I had a wonderful stay. The property was perfect. It was clean and updated with everything you may need. It was quiet in the evening and everyone staying there was friendly. The location was perfect, just mins away from all the food/shopping. I would highly recommend this property.

This is a heavenly complex, with beautiful landscaping and a private ocean view. I was traveling alone as a single woman and enjoyed that I could hang out at the pool or beach, walking into town easily (though about 40 min) or catch an Uber. The room was so spacious, clean and with all the amenities one could need, including full beach gear (chairs, umbrella, cooler). It was the best place I stayed in Kona!
My one recommendation to the owners would be to add an interior manual bolt or hinge lock for extra sense of security. The front door locks automatically, but I found the door open a few times from the wind because I didn’t close it all the way accidentally because no manual lock.
Other than that lovely stay and just perfect!

We were in love with our time here. Beautiful spot and beautiful, cool apartment. We didn’t want to leave and will hope to come back again! It was easy to reach someone if needed and the house was stocked so we didn’t feel like we were missing anything!! It was perfect to us!

We didn’t stay at the property much except to come home at night and because of this, thought the location worked very well for our activities. Overall we were comfortable and the space is adequate for having a place to use as a home base. The kitchen is fantastic and we felt we had everything we needed. We got in the salt water pool one night to see the sunset, and enjoyed that very much. The down side was that parking was not very convenient as we had to park outside the gate each night, and the bedroom only has windows along the public walkway so you have to leave the shutters closed and that made the space not very inviting. There was a mold problem in the closet on the ceiling and the shower tile had a lot of mildew built up. It wasn’t a deal breaker, but surprised us. Overall it was a good property.

Everything about the condo was wonderful except for the bed. The mattress could use an update of the size that the rest of the accommodations were excellent.
