We had a great visit to this property. It was quiet, easy to find, spacious, clean and brightly lit. We ate a lot of meals prepared here to save on dining costs and used the hot tub just about every day. There are even a couple fruit trees on the property! Communication with Lauren was easy. I can't really think of any downsides unless having an ocean view is a must have, this location does not have that. Highly recommend!

This incredible house is exceptionally well appointed, clean, fully stocked kitchen, high end everything. There are several bicycles in the garage, beach chairs, even snorkel gear. The bedrooms are comfortable and 3 of them plus the main living space are air conditioned. Beach towels are also available and there are several lanais with outdoor seating as well as the main outdoors table and chairs.
While the house is listed as 5 bedrooms, understand that the fifth bedroom is the media room. We did not find the pull out sofa comfortable for an adult. That room is somewhat open to the main living spaces so noise carries into that room. That said, this is a wonderful space. We held an informal small meditation retreat and it was perfect. Note that Princeville rules allow maximum 10 people in a house at any time.
If you have a good sized group and want a house with every amenity, you will not be disappointed here. Understand that a few areas (downstairs Queen bedroom & media room) do not have A/C. At night the winds blow cool air through so sleeping is OK there. All rooms beautifully furnished and high quality throughout. Great vacation home and wonderful communication with Lauren, the host. We were there for a week and loved every moment.
We had a great stay with room for the whole family. Everyone had their own space and really apricated the washer and dryer in the garage.
The property was exactly as described , very conveniently located to town. It came with lots of beach chairs and umbrellas for the beach which was really nice and helpful. Kitchen was well appointed and had an everything we needed to grill a great steak dinner one night. Would definitely stay here again.
We really enjoyed our stay. It was a really hot week on the Island, but the bedrooms stayed cool at night. The downstairs room was hot even at night, it was cool during the early morning and afternoon. There are conflicting instructions on the A/C and how much it can be used without paying extra, the instructions/rules posted on the wall inside the front door contradict the instructions printed on the counter. Our only complaint would be that the whole house fan in the living room looks like it is stuck open in the vent so it would get extremely hot from pulling in hot air and the A/C couldn’t keep up and even reached the high 90s in the living room. We ended up turning it off. Overall, we would stay here again! Extremely clean and nice accommodations.
Five couples came to Kauai to enjoy 4 fabulous days of friendship! I booked us at this Princeville house which had everything we needed to relax- fully equipped kitchen (Foodland is a few minutes away), grill, 5 bedrooms, laundry, great AC/ nighttime breeze, and a greatly needed hot tub after our long excursions. Everyone loved the beautiful house; it was perfect!
This property was all we could ask for and more. Beautifully decorated and comfortable accommodations. I felt so welcomed right when we arrived. I had precise and clear directions as well as clear instructions for our departure
We really enjoyed our stay. The home was in great shape and included necessary items for our stay. The location was very convenient. Lauren was very communicative and easy to work with.
