What a perfect spot for us. Exactly as the listing described (which is always ideal). Easily sleep 6 with the upstairs King Size bed in the loft. Super clean, all the kitchen utensils you would need (we are big at eating at the rental once or twice a day). The Golf Villas is only about 10 buildings - so quiet. Pool was small(er) but we just hung out there to take a break. All 4 of us even went into the little gym at the same time and there was enough equipment in that spot for us to do a workout on our own and not be on top of each other. Management company was great leading up to it - we asked a handful of questions ahead of time about different ideas for our upcoming trip. You could even catch a peek at the sunset from the balcony and over a fairway of the golf course. This checked every box we wanted for our 4 day getaway.
We had a lovely time here! The access to the Mauna Lani beach club is really a fantastic asset. The place was clean, well-outfitted, and came with beach gear!
The property location is great. It is quiet, immaculately clean and beautifully maintained. Our unit was clean and kitchen well equipped. The only remark we would have is that there is not enough light in living area for our comfort. Lanai was a bit smaller than expected. But all in all great place for a quiet vacation.Catherine and Kenn
The property was wonderful! We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the lanai and listening to the birds sings and watching golfers on the golf course. The private beach club and property pool were terrific! The beds were comfy and the property was spacious with nice high ceilings. The kitchen was well-stocked for cooking. I highly recommend this property for your Big Island vacation!

The property is even more attractive than the photographs in the listing as a result of artwork now hanging on the walls. The condo met all our expectations that were described in the listing and comments by previous guests, OMG, a coffee grinder! We especially enjoyed the private beach as well as the black sand beach. We plan to return.
We loved the neighborhood. It is so peaceful and serene day and night. The condo was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. It was clean and everything worked. The mattress in the second bedroom with the waffle pad was perfect for my balky back. I think it was as listed except maybe for the stairs. That was a surprise but we navigated them o.k. after hauling our luggage up. The pool and common areas were beautiful. We didn’t spend a lot of time at the private beach because it was crowded. But, my family loved the black sand beach. In summary, the condo worked well for us and we hated to leave.
The Golf Villas never disappoint. Our hosts were very easy to communicate with, and checked in to make sure everything was good. Best supplied unit we have been in for awhile. Definitely coming back.
Condo was amazing and just as described. Actually more room than we expected as the loft was Huge! Everything extremely clean and all the things you needed. Even has boogie boards, swim gear, beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella and most importantly a wagon! Wonderful. Host was very attentive. We had a wonderful time and would love to come back. Highly recommend.
We were lucky enough to stay in this beautiful Villa, which had all the amenities that you would need for an incredible vacation. They had plenty of beach chairs, umbrella, beach wagon, and the most comfortable beds I have stayed in. There was a key code on the door so you didn’t have to remember to put a key back at the end of our stay. Access to the private beach was a huge plus! My daughters, who were my priority on this vacation, were able to take the most beautiful sunset pictures I have ever seen. I would definitely return to this Villa
Thanks for providing such a wonderful place for my husband and I to spend our honeymoon!!! We entered paradise when driving through the gates. Beautiful luxuriant foliage greats you and the smell of plumerias fill the air. The grounds overall are well taken care of and the unit itself is clean, spacious, and has a great cozy vibe, perfect for snuggling up on the couch to watch a movie after a long day at the beach. We couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you to the host and property manager for being attentive but not intrusive. We will definitely be coming back. Planning the next vacay now!!!

This was our third stay in this condo as it is in a great location, on a beautiful property, and is always clean. We like to save money by cooking in, and the kitchen has everything needed, including sharp knives. The local property manager and the owners are in contact prior to our stay and make sure we have the necessary codes, etc for easy entry (especially after flying from the east coast). We also like that this unit is situated in a way that it gets nice trade winds plus a perfect sunset view. Lots of beach toys and chairs are in the garage. We also like this property as it is in the Mauna Lani resort area so you have access to the private beach club, which is a great calm beach for kids and adults for snorkeling and open water swimming. Thanks for another wonderful stay at your condo!
A Real Gem
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at E22. The beds were comfy, kitchen was well stocked, and the condo was very clean. We enjoyed a cocktail out on the lanai in the evening - it’s the perfect spot to watch a beautiful island sunset. The pool is very close, and there’s a nice little gym you can get a workout in. We also loved the Owner’s Beach - fantastic snorkeling!! There is plenty of beach gear in the garage to use. The owners of this condo are easy to work with, communicate well and are quick to respond to questions. We would definitely stay at this gem of a home again!
Such a great property with everything we needed! The pool was so close, beach access right around the corner less than a five minute drive… just divine! The grounds are beautiful, quiet and very relaxing! The owners were very helpful with any questions we had and responded quickly! We will be coming back for sure! Highly recommend this charming place!

This second-floor unit gets great breezes in the evening, so we were happy to save some electricity on AC, doing our part to conserve resources on the island but it's good to know that you can turn the AC down if needed.
Location is great. Foodland is just down the street, great restaurants in the resort area surrounding the condo. Quick access to the saddle road in order to head to Hilo for the morning or sight-seeing at Volcanoes.
I loved being able to use the beach chairs and the beach wagon for pulling all of our stuff through the sand at Kua Bay (our favorite beach nearby) or at the Owners beach. Pool is spectacular with access to a gas grill. I highly recommend getting a locally raised steak and tasting the best beef in the Pacific.
When we come to Hawaii, we look for a base of operations with the amenities we need to take full advantage of what Big Island has to offer with a comfort and convenience that we expect. This place is it.
I absolutely loved this condo. It is located in a wonderful and quiet gated community on a beautiful golf resort. The condo itself was super clean and had plenty of room. Coffee and dinner on the lanai were the perfect ways to start and end the day. The condo has access to washer, dryer and dishwasher as well. Sometimes I prefer to make dinner at home, spending the money eating out so full kitchen was a nice feature. It was also also great to wash all my clothes before heading back home so I didn’t need to do laundry upon my return from vacation.
The community has access to a beautiful pool with a grill that I used for some burgers. Next to the pool is a great little gym with everything you need To still get in some fitness while on vacation.
Just a couple minutes is a beautiful gated beach that always has great views and plenty of seating. Plus amazing snorkeling. There’s also a nice little restaurant right there on the beach where you can grab a drink or a small bite during the day or dinner at night. Within walking distance is a wonderful fishpond with some amazing views of all kids of critters.
I also loved that the condo is within driving distance to so many different beaches and tons of shopping just to the north and south.
The communication and friendliness of the owners was just amazing. I will definitely use this condo when returning to Hawaii. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary and we could not have been more pleased.
It was only the two of us so we only stayed in one room but there was a huge loft which our kids would have loved and a second bedroom/bathroom which gave us a place to put our luggage where it wouldn’t be in our way in the main bedroom.
We are big foodies so we split our time between restaurants and cooking with fresh local ingredients. The kitchen had all the essentials needed to make meals at home and the condo is super close to a grocery shop which made healthy eating a lot easier for us! A big plus for us was the rice cooker which made simple meals easy. The glassware is pool safe so you can make a nice margarita and take it to lounge by the pool, big plus for me after I dropped a healthy sum at the beach clubhouse the day before (I regret nothing get the lime in the coconut!).
Having laundry on site is a huge plus for me, especially on the island when I try to travel light.
Elizabeth is a great communicator! Even for small things like I overlooked the wifi password, she helped me find the book of information and didn’t make me feel stupid when it was clearly in plain sight and I had texted her for no good reason!
The pool was clean, lots of chairs and a nice spa. The guests private beach is fantastic set into a little bay which makes it great for snorkeling.
This not close to what we expected. It was said to be “ Gorgeous, Roomy, with a million dollar view”
It was dark, small and the only million dollar view was of the villa across the fairway.
The place had ant traps all over the kitchen and was not very clean. Half of the glasswear was plastic. It was poorly stocked.
The idea of 74 degrees because the trade winds will cool it off is ridiculous, especially in the loft.
I am surprised you would allow this listing on your sight.
it was so bad we had to rent another villa at a big expense.
Shame on Vrbo and the owners
We were in Hawaii for a family reunion and the Golf Villas were a perfect setting. Each family had a had their own villa where we could enjoy all the comforts of home then venture out to spend time with the extended family. Unfortunately my vacation ended with a trip to the emergency room and the host was very accommodating and flexible with extending our stay.
