The property is gorgeous. The location is equidistant to the north or south. We absolutely loved Lae Lani!
This is our 6th time staying at Lae Nani and this condo was wonderful. Clean, great communication, and it had everything we could ask for. A bonus was the pull out bed was super comfortable!! Thanks for a great stay!
We enjoyed the condo and location. The condo was a good size and everything we needed, including a washer and dryer. The beach out front and pool were fantastic. Enjoyed the short walk to a path and the Mai Tais at Lava Lava Club. Great location to get to Northshore and Southshore. Communication was easy with property management. Would stay here again.
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed every single thing about this place. The view of the ocean is visible from the bedroom and living room, the grounds are very clean, you can walk to many nice restaurants, it was immaculately clean, the bed was very comfortable and the entire condo is very updated and super comfortable.

Clean, nicely decorated, comfortable condo in the best location. The lanai overlooks a lawn and garden that leads to a small swimmable, sandy beach. The view from the lanai and living room is sea and surf, and it sounds amazing. The condo doesn’t have great airflow so it would get a bit hot and stuffy without the air conditioning. But both units work great and we used them in the warmest parts of the afternoon and at night in the bedroom. The location is ideal - easy walking distance from a complex with shops and restaurants, and a short drive into Kapa’a. I would love to return and stay longer.
This condo complex is almost entirely vacation renters. And because of that, it was VERY laid back and very friendly!! Parking was easy, the VIEW was amazing and the condo itself was clean and had a nice assortment of beach gear. Walking distance along the beach to a resto with good food and music. The beach is 'thin' but there is a protected swimming area that is perfect for floating!
Could not have asked for a better place to stay during our eight days in Kauai! The location is wonderful, the beach right on the property was perfect, and it was quiet. The unit was clean and well-stocked. FYI for those with mobility issues, it is on the third floor with no elevator access. This unit in particular also does not have a washer/dryer, but there is a laundry room on the property that is convenient and easy to use. Would absolutely stay here again! Mahalo!
Best view off the lanai. Quiet. Just the ocean wave sounds. Had everything we needed. The properties grounds were beautiful.
The condo was honestly better than depicted in photos. Roomy and spacious with incredible views. In-unit laundry was super convenient and we loved being able to walk to nearby restaurants for dinner. Property is in a great location, tucked off the main drag and the landscaping is beautiful. Staying east side was perfect for us to enjoy activities all over the island while minimizing driving.
We have stayed at Lae Nani many times and you just cannot beat the view from this condo in building 5! The condo is well equipped with beach supplies and it is great to have a washer and dryer. Reservations and check in were a breeze. I’d definitely stay here again!
The view and location is perfect! Everything was very well maintained, and the condo grounds are beautiful! Our kids loved this beach, and pool! We had endless snorkeling opportunities steps away from the condo. Would definitely come back in a heartbeat!
We stayed at the property for 3 nights - and I honestly wish we had stayed longer! The entire property is so well maintained- and the location is perfect. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!
