Convenient location, nice pool, comfortable apartment
We loved the full kitchen and how well stocked it was. Every morning we enjoyed the outdoor table and chairs on the bedroom's balcony. From the balcony there is a peek-a-boo view of the amazing hills on one side and a bit of the ocean on the other!The beach-going items were also a great plus!!! They had (2) low back Tommy Bahama chairs and a couple taller chairs and a cooler that we used everyday! We added (2) boogie boards before we left for the next group to enjoy.The location was perfect! Getting to the North and South side for different activities were quick drives. The Ross, Starbucks and Safeway across the street were convenient.We would stay there again!!!
Very clean. Property in a great location. Easy to walk or drive to shops and beaches and restaurants. Pool was great, although water was chilly!
We didn’t use the beach in the property as it looked rocky to us, but there are many beaches just a 5 min drive away.
This condo had everything we needed (except hair conditioner!). Kitchen has all the pots and pans and Tupperware needed. Grocery store right across the street if needed.
We loved the location, pool, and ample space of this place. The bed was comfortable, and washer and dryer came in handy. We would stay there again! Only minor detail that made the end a bit crazy was the early check out of 10am, but that was my oversight.

We had a great stay at this resort. The condo was roomy and modern and we were able to easily prepare our own meals. We enjoyed the beach, the pool and the hot tubs. It was a convenient location for visiting all areas of the island - centrally located and close to shopping, beaches, activities and the airport. Management was very responsive when we had a question. We would love to stay here again in the future.
Love this place we have been to this resort with our kids twice now and can’t say better things. Great central location for Kauai, great accommodations, great pool. Wonderful trip.
Check in and Check out process was very efficient. The condo was very clean and all items were in great condition. The property also has a great pool and the grocery store is right across the street along with a Starbucks. The unit was very close to the beach and bike/walking path that goes along the shoreline. Would definitely rent this unit again.
It was a great vacation rental with all required amenities. Swimming pool, beach access was awesome. it was home away home with all required facilities.

Second time at this location. Lots of restaurants and bars. Close to everything on the island. Nice central location. Room was perfect.

We loved our week at the Waipouli Beach Resort. The location can't be beat. It's really centrally located to both Poipu and Princeville/Hanelei Bay, and the town of Kapa'a is incredibly charming with cute shops and restaurants. Plus Safeway and Starbucks are right across the street. Pool/hot tubs on the property are beautiful. Beach is great too. The Oasis restaurant has a great atmosphere, but is only open for dinner. Happy hour at 3 on Wednesdays has live music but grab a reservation if you want a spot. Condo had everything we needed, but we missed that it was a queen sized bed. The Beach House in Lawai is still our favorite for dinner at sunset. Fish Bar Deli in Kapa'a is fantastic for either lunch, dinner, drinks or grab and go. We hit it twice and it was excellent all times! Note visiting in the winter (even March) comes with very strong tradewinds and so we mostly stayed to the hot tubs on property because it was quite cold. The pool water wasn't particularly cold - the wind just made it chilly when you got out of the water.

The place I rented was just what I needed and everything went well. Right in the center of town. Able to get around easy. Will definitely want to stay here again clean and comfortable.
I would suggest an email or text 3-4 weeks before departure letting us know when to expect the arrival info ( keypad code). And I would have appreciated a welcome text or email after we arrived to ck on things. Otherwise a wonderful stay in a beautiful condo
