A great rental on the ocean. Fall asleep to the sound of waves. The rental is exactly as described, a clean two bedroom, two bath condo unit on the third floor (elevator or stairs) looking directly out on the ocean with a clean modern kitchen, washer and dryer. The unit was very clean on arrival and easy to get into. It is about 1.5 miles south of the main Alii tourism strip so it is quiet at night. There is a pool and hot tub that we did not use. Two propane grills are available and frequently used. Next door is banyan tree surf break so you can watch surfers with your morning coffee. Sunsets from your lani sometimes with dolphins in the surf.
This condo was perfect for my family of 3. It's comfortable, clean, plenty of space, and the view is magnificent! We could hear the waves all the time, no white noise machine needed! The management company stayed in contact with us throughout our time there. Any questions we had, they were quick to respond. The condo is well appointed with everything we needed for a beach vacation (chairs, umbrella, cooler, snorkel gear). We made use of the full kitchen and W/D. Wi-fi worked well. Beautiful spot, right on the ocean, very close to Kona town, boat harbor and airport. Condo was very clean, well appointed, high end furnishings. Management company was very easy to deal with, checked in with us via text and phone call.
The property itself is a bit old but the unit has been upgraded. BBQed every night down by the pool.
The location was idle for all our outings; beaches, scuba diving, hikes, breweries.We enjoyed waking up to surf and watching surfers in the sunrise. Management was responsive to request.Management respisnsive

This place is exactly as listed. Clean and spacious, beautiful location, just a few minute drive from shops and restaurants. Balcony and main bedroom windows overlook the ocean. Great spot to watch the sunset. Small beach right next to it. Management was easy to work with and allowed us to extend our stay an extra day.

The property was tastefully decorated. The unit was clean and adequately stocked. We loved listening to the surf. It was located just a short drive to town!
This condo is amazing! The ocean view from the balcony is perfect. Surfers every morning and evening and one morning we saw a bunch of whales breaching. Really nice kitchen, updated bathrooms and very comfortable beds. Everything you need for a relaxing stay is provided. Individual AC units and ceiling fans in each room make it easy for everyone to be comfortable. Great location a short drive from shops and restaurants, but far enough away so it's quiet. Convenient parking and elevator.
