You have to see it to believe it!
Very nice condo, clean, well stocked, fabulous property, amazing views of the ocean.
The views were breathtaking and made you feel like you were in what you would envision Hawaii to be like. The unit itself was less than ideal. The unit is located on the bottom floor and has spectacular views however there was an OVER ABUNDANCE of duck POOP all over the lanai and the grassy area in front of the unit which caused us to refrain from stepping outside. Duck poop was everywhere - on our lanai, on the furniture on the lanai and you could not step outside without getting duck poop on your shoes. This really was disappointing and gross. The home also is in desperate of an update. The blinds on the windows and sliding doors were so old and ripped up - I think they have been there since the 80's. The dining set was old, dirty and we refused to use as the area was dirty and just plain old. The blinds in the dining area were tied with a bag tie and could not be lowered. The unit is in dire need of some updates, new dining set, NEW BLINDS everywhere. We had ZERO privacy as none of the blinds really worked - some were ripped and torn and others were simply not functional. Beautiful location, great views but the unit needs some TLC
the unit is in need of updates, which isn't reflected in the price or photos. Some windows don't open- and that's necessary for good airflow as there is no AC. Some blinds don't operate - obstructing the fabulous view, TV in the bedroom doesn't work- doesn't even have a plug. The outdoor furniture in the photos is not present, the living room furniture isn't the furniture pictured- and is old and scuffed. The bathroom fixtures and the washer/dryer are old and rusty. The location is stellar, but the unit is overpriced. we definitely did not get what was advertised or what we paid for. Communication with the property manager was dismal. He was very unresponsive.
The location is wonderful but the unit needs updating. It was not clean and half of the louver windows didnt open. We have stayed in other units and they were lovely. This unit left us wanting.

The condo offered everything that we needed for our stay. The view and location is spectacular!!! My wife is already talking about going back for longer.
