We enjoyed our stay in Hawaii. The condo was just as described in the listing. I have no complaints. The king size bed was so comfortable….I'm rethinking the one I have at home. Very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Thank you! The picture are all taken from the property.

This place is just a short drive from Kailua-Kona town, and it was an incredible experience. The location was ideal, offering the convenience of being close to town and the sights south of town.
One of the most memorable aspects of the stay was falling asleep to the sound of waves crashing against the rocks each night. The property itself was spotless and had clearly been newly refurbished, adding a fresh and modern touch to the experience.
I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located stay near Kailua-Kona. I would definitely stay here again!
This condo has everything- brilliant ocean views (right on the water), located a very short drive from restaurants and shops, close to a wonderful swimming beach, and it is a comfortable two bedroom, two bathroom unit with a lovely covered balcony. My family and I will definitely return- thank you Betsy for making this an easy experience!!!

Views of ocean were unobstructed and relaxing. Tidal waves coming in constantly but that is what you get for being ocean front. Very calming. Great picture opportunities though. Would we stay here again? Absolutely! Poncho.
Beautiful convenient in a great location
Our second stay at this unit. Ocean front perfect view. We saw many whales right from the balcony. This condo has everything you could possibly need. Thank you for another wonderful stay.
I still can’t believe we were lucky enough to rent Betsy’s condo on the ocean! It was a vacation straight out of a dream. Condo was super clean and had everything you would ever need plus things you didn’t know you would need! Beds were comfortable and THE VIEW THE VIEW THE VIEW!! None of us wanted to come home!

This condo is on the top floor and has a view that can’t be beat. Sunsets from the lanai were gorgeous and if you like to fall asleep listening to the sounds of waves crashing on the shore below, this is your place. Betsy was a great host and very prompt with communication. The condo was very well-equipped and had everything we needed and then some. I would highly recommend!

This condo was a gem on the ocean. It was clean, comfortable and the ocean view/sunsets could not have been better. It is well stocked with dishes, cooking equipment, beach toys, snorkeling equipment etc. it lacked nothing.
Its location was ideal for us-close to everything. It was really nice to have dedicated parking.
Our party of 4 fit comfortably, we never felt crowded. The lani was a great place for early mornings, sunset dinners and anytime in between.
It was extremely easy to get in touch with the owner, she went the extra mile for us when we left some clothing items behind.
We will be booking this charming condo again for our next stay in Kona. Aloja, until we meet again.
Thank you Betsy for sharing your Condo. We really enjoyed the amazing view from the Lanai and spent a lot of time there enjoying the waves, whales and dolphins. We’ve been staying in Allii Villas for over 40 years and this unit was probably our most favorite. We will be back!!!
