We just completed a ten night stay at this beautiful and amazingly well appointed Princeville condo. Sherri was extremely helpful and responded promptly to all of our questions. The beds are very comfortable and there wasn’t one thing I could imagine to add in the kitchen. The condo was spotless on arrival and we appreciated the polished concrete floors. Carpet just has no place in a tropical property. The AC and ceiling fans in the bedrooms made for restful nights. The breezes through the living spaces (and more ceiling fans) provided a real island feel. We were never uncomfortable despite the 85 degree temps. The location made for beautiful walks and an easy short drive to Hanalei. We’ll be back. Don’t hesitate to reserve this property!
The condo was tastefully decorated and located in a quiet part of the complex. The location to the various beaches and restaurants in the Hanalei area was ideal. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the necessary appliances and utensils for our stay. The bedroom was comfortable with the air-conditioning and the king mattress felt luxurious. The two-headed shower was a sybaritic sanctuary, particularly after a day at the beach. Perhaps, the only thing I would suggest would be to supply a few beach chairs to use while staying at the unit. Nevertheless, we had a lovely time and would stay here again.
It was a beautiful condo, great location. The only downside was the thin walls. Every step the people above us took we heard. That aside we highly recommend this property!
Everything was wonderful. Beautiful property and close walk to the cliff to view the Pacific. Also close to get to Hanalei by car and beautiful beaches. The sliding door in the master bedroom came off the track and we were unable to get it back on so we just left it closed. Told the cleaning crew as we left. Would come back again.
We felt completely misled by this listing. The property is not “oceanfront” or “ocean view” as described — at best, there’s a tiny window with a sliver of ocean visible. The condition of the home was also disappointing: there was salt residue on the bedroom floors from an old leak that clearly hasn’t been addressed, and the cooling setup is inadequate. The two wall AC units are only in the bedrooms, leaving the main living and dining areas hot and uncomfortable. I can’t imagine staying here in peak summer months.This was also the first rental I’ve booked with no instructions provided inside the house. The TV and internet didn’t work, and there were no guides on how to operate anything. Even more surprising, there was no welcome booklet — no information on restaurants, local attractions, or even basic check-in/check-out instructions. For a property at this price point, that’s unacceptable.Overall, it did not feel like a proper rental experience. Very disappointing. A reminder that if something is priced lower than similar listings, there’s probably a reason.

Lovely condo and perfect location to all the things we wanted to see.
We have rented in the princeville area in the past and wanted to try a new condo. Overall, it was clean and nicely updated, though much darker inside that the pictures made it feel. Some of the things we've come to expect at these condos (Shampoo in all of the bathrooms, salt, laundry detergent) were not included so we had to go to the market nearby to purchase all of them. We liked the location, and especially the proximity to Turtle Cave (a must do if oceans are calm and tide is low) and sitting in the chairs in the community at night and looking up at the stars.The property had snorkel equipment and chairs which were super useful.The only complaint is that we felt the description of the property was a little misleading. The ocean views are from across a road vs the condo being in a building above the ocean. Additionally, we didn't realize the AC was only in the bedrooms vs also being in the entire place. May not matter in November, but in August, it can get pretty muggy. I will say that if you run the AC most of the time, it does help, and the rooms themselves were very comfortable from the AC pov but just something to know before you go.
Beautifully remodeled unit. It was very clean and well stocked. Remember to check out the storage shed in the back for snorkel equipment or lawn chairs, we didn’t end up using them, but I could see that they would be handy! The owner is super kind and responsive and gave us great ideas of places nearby.
Condo was excellent. Like most of Princeville, everything was very clean, comfortable and worked well. Some ocean views, easy access to the parking lot and short walk to the pool. Exactly what our family of 4 (with 2 boys) was hoping for.
This place was 5 stars all the way! I can’t stop raving about it to my friends. It was beautiful, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our quick trip to the north shore of Kauai. The kitchen has everything you can ever want for cooking. The Primary room is spacious and the bathroom is gorgeous…even better than the pictures. Great communication and very accommodating hosts, we will be back for sure.
Only a couple of days stay but truly loved the property and the ease of booking this trip!!!

We loved our stay! The condo was very clean and well maintained. The property was very nice and close to everything we needed! Only thing to know is that there were no k-cups and shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom so be sure the bring your own!
We loved the condo! Very comfortable and beautifully done, luxurious . The peekaboo view of the ocean is a delight. The owner was super easy to communicate with. We hope to be back and we highly recommend you stay there.
Great kitchen! Loved the high end finishes.
The location was ideal. Close enough to town but far enough away from noise of traffic. Loved how they remodeled this unit. Very roomy and appreciated the two king size beds.
The apartment looked just like the pictures. It was beautiful, freshly remodeled, and well-designed. It was also clean, well air conditioned, and had terrific wifi. We traveled as a family of two middle-aged parents and two teenage sons. Everyone was comfortable in the apartment. The owner was always available by phone and responded immediately when we contacted her with a question. I would definitely stay here again.
This was the perfect spot for our short stay in Kauai. The location was convenient for everything we wanted to do. The host was very helpful and we had everything we needed for our stay. I would definitely stay here again.
I can’t say enough good things about this property. It was so beautiful and clean, and the location/ view was absolutely stunning. Sherri was an EXCELLENT host and always replied to my messages in a kind and timely manner. The one thing I didn’t realize is that there’s only AC units in the bedrooms, not in the kitchen/ living room area. Thankfully, the weather was super nice so we were able to keep the windows and doors open for a nice breeze. Thank you Sherri for your beautiful place and hospitality.
We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful Kauai condo! As someone with mold toxicity, I was nervous about traveling-but this place was clean, fresh, and safe for me. So grateful to enjoy paradise with my kids and hubby without getting sick. We loved Turtle Cave that is right below the condo. Definitely a bit harder of a hike with littles but if you’re up for an adventure it’s well worth it!! They also had every supply we needed-even beach toys, an umbrella, and chairs. Thank you for a peaceful and healing space!
This place is in a wonderful location and was very clean.
We stayed for a week here and found everything we needed. The remodel was fantastic and the kitchen had everything you could want. We saved a ton of money cooking many meals at home. The surroundings were very relaxing and the host was very responsive. Thanks Sherri!
Really enjoyed the stay - hard to beat the location for easy access to the north shore and all the wonderful beaches.A great neighborhood/area to be able to walk/run in the morning and enjoy coffee. You can hear upstairs neighbors at times, but it was never an issue. The space was well equipped with everything we need (kitchen, relaxing, beach, etc.).
Very beautiful property. Outstanding beds and baths. Highly recommend this property. A/C mini splits in the bedrooms made for a great sleep. Designed beautifully. Perfectly located for Northshore activities.
Great spot , only 20 min to Hanalei Bay where there is lots of good restaurants. Nice new Reno's . Everything was clean and tidy. ... Make sure you go down and check out the turtle caves.

This home is immaculately clean and beautifully renovated. The kitchen has every appliance you could possibly want. The closet outside has everything you could want for the beach (chairs, boogie board, noodle, snorkel masks and fins, etc) and the items are all clean and like new. The host was very responsive to questions. It was well located in Princeville for the things we wanted to do.
The condo has been very nicely remodeled, and very comfortable to stay in. Too bad there wasn’t an update to the sound barrier to the unit above. It was noisy when there were guests in the unit above us. The only disappointment, was that the wash machine didn’t work, and apparently hadn’t been for a couple weeks already, before our arrival. so we found out by reading a note in our unit once we got there. This made things quite inconvenient for us since we were staying 12 nights. The owner did reach out to us about it and made a couple different offers of where we could take our clothes to wash them, including her own house nearby. But we didn’t want to wash clothes somewhere else and be inconvenienced during our vacation. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and the location
My wife and another couple had a wonderful stay in the newly renovated condo. The owners did a great job with the renovation and decor!
We greatly enjoyed our stay in Princeville. The VRBO was amazing and as advertised. We’d definitely book with these hosts again!
