Our home has the highest and most ratings of any home in Ainamalu. Our bright and sunny interior features stunning furnishings and décor that draw you in for comfortable conversation, while the spacious lanai and pool invite you to relax, sun, and swim outside. Watch movies together on our 70 inch TV. The gourmet kitchen – complete with island, gas range, hood, and French door refrigerator – is perfect for family meals. “The kitchen has every gadget you need. The kitchen pans and utensils were top quality, not what you usually get with rentals.” Coffee lovers get a free bag of whole beans from #1 rated Big Island Coffee Roasters with their choice of drip coffee, Keurig and Nespresso.

Do laps in the full-size pool, heated during the day free of charge. Stargaze while soaking in the bubbling hot tub, or push a button for vibrant pool lights. “The pool/hot tub combination provided hours of fun and relaxation for all of us.” The garage is full of beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and other pool toys for you to drive 10 minutes to world class beaches like Hapuna, Beach 49 or Mauna Kea and then chill in the pool after.

Spa Heating: It is on an “egg timer” and runs for a predetermined amount of time. If it shuts off, you need to turn it on again. Our heaters are heat pumps, and they take longer to heat than a gas heater. It will start to get warm about 30-45 minutes after it is initially turned on. The Spa can be turned on at any time.

Pool Heating: The pool only heats when the pool filters are running 9am - 5pm. Please note, on cloudier and windier days, it can take the pool a long time to heat up. This means, the pool heat will cool overnight and start heating again in the morning.

Within the spacious interior, you’ll find the Master Retreat only steps from the pool, spa, and lounging area. This luxurious suite is complete with a double vanity, marble shower, and outdoor lava rock changing area.

A second bedroom enjoys its own private entrance at the front of the house. A third bedroom gains its own direct access to the lanai, pool, and peak views, as well as its own changing alcove. Along with a fourth bedroom within the home, family or friends can have the added privacy of the Ohana suite - a fifth bedroom with its own entrance, bath, and seating area. With its private access from the driveway and its own AC, this space offers both seclusion and a special peek of the ocean across the lava field.
