Great location, cross the street to jump into the waves. An older beach unit but well taken care of. Lots of kitchen supplies; plenty of pots and pans, many storage containers, and well stocked with spices. Handicap access can be difficult. Garage is on the ground level. There is an elevator but you still have a flight of stairs down to the unit. Wish we had more time there.
This place was amazing. Location was fantastic, and the VRBO was stocked better than any other Vrbo we have stayed at. Only on negative comment on the bath towels, the were the worst ever. Please get softer towels for future guests.
Very clean, spacious, well-appointed, and comfortable. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything our family of 5 needed, including tupperware for excursions! Excellent location in Kona just across from the sandy beach. Parking, pool, hot tub, and tennis courts were all top notch.
We’ve stayed in many hotels and resorts but this is the first condo we’ve booked. Attention to detail was very much appreciated, such as power bars with USB ports next to the beds, luggage racks, laundry baskets and night lights in the bathrooms. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, dishes, spices, ice packs, plastic containers, ziplock bags, etc. plus there were coolers and beach chairs. The condo was exactly as shown in the pictures. We picked this complex because of the beach across the street and everyone agreed it was a perfect location.
The place was clean and well stocked as far as kitchen, laundry, and beach accessories. The location was good, across the street from Magic Beach, and not far from all the places in Kona. Check in was simple and the host was responsive when I messaged about a possible late check out. (Side note, I should have checked about a late check out far before the trip, my bad.) The pool, jacuzzi, and outdoor cooking spaces are great. There are a few things that would have improved our experience. First, the towels are terrible and rough like sand paper. Second, this is not a sleep 6, there are beds for 4, an uncomfortable couch (not sofa sleeper) that doesn’t fold out and several air mattresses to choose from that don’t have sheets to fit. We were 5 so we made it happen but not what we were expecting . Third, one of the two beach umbrellas does not have any way to anchor it down, so be prepared to hold it all day. Overall we had a wonderful trip and would stay here again if we were only sleeping 4 or less people.

What a great condo. Loved the location-8 min drive to Kailua Kona for dinner and shopping. Loved the beach across the street and the pool. Condo was SO well appointed with everything we could ever need.
Nice property with great amenities. Unit is across the street from Magic Sands Beach. Great location. Note: Unit does not have an ice maker in the freezer. Nor were there an ice trays.

We have been to the Big Island before so we were not looking to do a lot of sightseeing. We rented a car for one day and used the free public transportation (Trolley) when we needed to go anywhere! The location of this condo was perfect with stops very close to the condo.The condo was very clean and very well stocked with everything! We have stayed at several VRBOs and never had one that provided so many supplies such as storage containers, Ziplock bags, shampoo, conditioner & body wash!!! And of course all of the necessary kitchen appliances, dishes and utensils!The complex was perfect! BBQ, pool table and pool! The grounds were very well maintained and we felt very safe there.We highly recommend this unit and look forward to staying there again!
Very much appreciate how smooth everything went. Super easy check in/check out. Condo was spotlessly clean, nice view of the ocean, ample supplies including items left by prior renters (boogie boards, noodles, etc). This condo is directly across the street from Magic Sands Beach, about a one minute or less walk. With a rental car easy to run into town, visit the Volcano National Park, Hilo, etc. Thank-you for a very wonderful vacation. It provided my wife and I a very special time and memories with our adult grandkids.

We loved the area, condo, and amenities. The kitchen was wonderful and shared food items helped with making great meals. A/C was not needed very much. Will be returning in the future.
Excellent accommodations! Family trip for the 2024 Ironman competition. Great location. Quiet. Close to public beach. Clean. Would definitely stay here again.
Great location and home base for exploring the island! There’s a Beach Shack across the street where we enjoyed lattes and açaí bowls and watched the kids boogie board and jump waves at Magic Sands beach. Well stocked kitchen and a KTA within a six minute drive. Communication with host was quick and easy. Would recommend and love to stay again.
Place smells moldy, bed mattress worn out, to close to the road noise and late partiers on the beach making loud noise.
Great location and space. Unit was well stocked and it was nice to have access to beach equipment and towels to use during our stay. There did not appear to be a double futon in the living room, but perhaps it just was not obvious to us how the couch became a futon. Comfortably sleeps 4, more seems a little tight but we made it work. Overall very pleased.
The property itself was fine. A little older but clean, nice pool area and nice lanai to sit and listen to the ocean. The Magic Sands beach is nothing special, overcrowded, rocky, lots of homeless around the area, and an evening hangout for the local teen crowd. Never felt unsafe in the area but it’s not exactly the best part of the big island.

We loved that the home It was well stocked with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Food that had been purchased and not used was available - in pantry - which is always helpful. Beach across the street was nice but unusable for us at this time since the waves were incredibly high. Lots of restaurants around. A distance from other sights such as Volcano National Monument and the Rain Forest so we did do a bit of driving.

The location was convenient to beach across the street and Magics restaurant. The condo was well equipped in kitchen, bathroom, and beach equipment(chairs, cooler, boogie board, beach towels, umbrella etc). It was very clean.
The initial access to unit was confusing. We followed sign to office which was closed when we arrived. After making a phone call we were told to park in space with unit # and go up the stairs or elevator to unit where there is a lockbox. We thought the lockbox was at the office.
I recommend this 2 bedroom rental for family.
Had everything you would maybe need to buy foe your stay. Owner has thought of everything. Comfoetable beds. Excellent layout of condo. Balcony is spacious. Pool and hot tub at complex is great place to spend an afternoon. Directly across street from Magic Sands beach and short drive to downtown. Would stay here again.
The title pretty much sums it up. This is such a a great location right across the street from Magic Sands Beach which is beautiful. I have never seen a rental that was as well stocked as this place. Just about everything I needed was here. I did not need to pack half of what we packed because it was all here. If we are blessed with the opportunity to return to the island I would totally stay in this same place. I will recommend this place to any friends or family that will be traveling to the island.
