What you’re booking

This is a privately owned week at The Westin Kāʻanapali Ocean Resort Villas North in Maui. You are not buying a timeshare and you will not be asked to attend a sales meeting.

After you book here, we send the reservation to the resort. You receive a Marriott/Westin confirmation number. On arrival you check in at the front desk like any hotel guest, show ID, and get your villa keys. Housekeeping, front desk, pools, beach, restaurants, spa, and fitness center work the same as if you booked the resort directly.

The villa itself is assigned by the resort at check-in. Photos show the typical 2-bedroom lock-off layout and finishes. Exact building, floor, and view can vary.

A lock-off is two connecting suites that open as one large villa:

1-bedroom side: King Heavenly® bed, living area with queen sleeper sofa, full kitchen, dining area, washer/dryer, full bath with separate shower and jetted tub, private lanai

Studio side: King Heavenly® bed, living area with queen sleeper sofa, kitchenette, washer/dryer, full bath, private lanai

How check-in works (important for first-timers)

We confirm dates and send the reservation to the resort.

You get a confirmation number before arrival.

Check in at the Westin Kāʻanapali Ocean Resort Villas North front desk at 4:00 PM.

Primary guest must be 21+ with photo ID and a credit card for incidentals.

Checkout is 10:00 AM.

You do not pick up keys from a lockbox or meet a private host at the unit.

Fees paid at the resort (not to us)

Please budget for these so there are no surprises at the desk:

Hawaiʻi occupancy tax on vacation-ownership villas, collected at checkout. For a 2-bedroom this is typically in the ~$30–$40 per night range (subject to change; the resort quotes the current amount).

Parking: on-site self-parking and valet. Current published rates are about $35/night self-park and $40/night valet (confirm when you arrive; rates change).

Housekeeping during the stay follows resort timeshare policy (not daily hotel service unless you purchase extra cleaning). Towel/trash mid-stay is typical on week-long stays.

Optional: spa, cabanas, kids club, extra rollaway (~$30/night if available), grocery delivery.

Pets are not allowed (service animals only). The property is non-smoking.
