Spacious 2BD/2BA Condo in Wailea Resort Serene Garden and Mountain Views

Condo was clean. TV in main room didn’t work. Air conditioner in front bedroom was noisy and only had one setting.

It was also close to so many things to do. We had a few issues with dishwasher and cable TV but they came very quickly to fix it. They had beach towels and chairs which were also nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Reviewer Comments: Our family planned a 3 week vacation in Maui and as everyone knows one of the things that makes your stay a positive or negative experience is your housing.This location was fantastic and working with the property owner was also a positive experience.The location is in the beautiful area of Wailea and the home was fully stocked with what you would expect for this area.I will keep this short and sweet but will definitely say that this is a great place to stay and would book it again if given the opportunity.

Reviewer Comments: We love the location of the Grand Champions development and have stayed there over ten times. Unfortunately this particular Condo needs some maintenance as follows:- Sofa bed mattress needs replaced (we had to rent our own cot instead)- Front screen door does not lock- Second bedroom fan is noisy and needs replaced- Second bedroom window screen won't open - TV/Cable system is old and slow and malfunctions regularly. TV is not a smart TV- Applicances don't match Condo capacity of 6 people (i.e. - toaster should be 4 slice not 2, only 3 deck chairs)- Kitchen Faucet needs replaced- Kitchen sink disposal button sticks

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the condo was okay and served its purpose for a short stay. First, you are getting what you paid for. Don’t expect luxury feels, but instead simply just a place to sleep and shower during your stay. The main room with the bigger bed is just two twins with a topper. The topper isn’t big enough to cover the entire two beds. Which made it have a weird lopsided feel. The couches have seen better days. You sink in to them a lot. The walls in parts of the bedrooms have scuff marks and dirt. The main shower is huge and looks extravagant but it has no doors so the water splashes outside of the shower. I truly don’t want to nitpick, but being from Maui and now visiting, and knowing that the wailea area holds more of a prestige and luxury vibe, this place kind of fell flat. If your looking for affordable and a place to mainly hold your things during a short stay, this is your place.

What you see in the pictures is what you get, no surprises. The property is gorgeous and well-maintained. The office staff was amazing and the gentleman that patrolled the property was very nice and helpful. I will definitely stay here again and again. If I had to make one negative comment, it would be to replace the pillows in the bedrooms. They are a bit worn out.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed on Maui for a week in this condo as our "base camp". It was perfect for our vacation with our family of four (2 grown kids). It was clean, roomy, comfortable, air-conditioned. The kitchen had most everything we needed for we cooked a lot (our kids have food allergies). We liked the location and the surroundings were beautiful. The complaints are very minor. The shower in the master bedroom could use a shower curtain (it was just open to the rest of the bathroom) and we didn't really like the slatted doors because light and sound can travel. But these are minor complaints. We set up a makeshift shower curtain. We would still stay there again. Overall, we really enjoyed the place and would recommend it to others!
