Luxury Wailea Family Condo. Complete Remodel! AC and Pool.

Our host, Jillian was wonderful. Easy to deal with and was very accommodating. The condo was beautiful and spacious . It was also well stocked in the pantry and in the deckbox on the lanai. Many chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas and various other beach items.

Our stay was absolutely magical. The apartment was wonderful — comfortable, spotless, and equipped with everything we needed for a perfect vacation, and even more. It truly felt like a home away from home.This week was unforgettable for our family, and we are deeply grateful to Jillian for her warmth, care, and exceptional hospitality. We couldn’t have wished for a better place to stay.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! From the start, our host was quick to respond and made everything seamless. The condo was exactly as described—beautifully designed, spacious, and spotless. The kitchen had all the essentials, and the bedrooms and bathrooms were both clean and comfortable.The lanai offered a breathtaking ocean view and was stocked with beach and snorkeling gear, which made our outings even more enjoyable. We truly loved our time here and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-equipped getaway.

It’s in the best neighborhood and a 10 min walk to the most beautiful beaches behind the resorts. The condo was very cozy and modern as listed and overall we enjoyed our stay. We had a ton of trouble with the wifi almost the whole time while staying which was 10 days. The host was great to swap out the modem but it unfortunately continued during our stay which was a bummer with working and streaming during our trip between the living room and the bedroom both. We also were displeased with the main screen/metal door not locking or latching which was a security issue as there is no peep hole is the main door. Also there was a tote of chairs and snorkel gear as listed but most are very worn and/or broken which was also a bummer when beaching. We would recommend this spot and/or stay again however just seems like with as much as your paying a few things need to be upgraded to truly feel “LUXE” ie…wifi, beach gear, security.

This condo was well appointed and immaculately cleaned. Beautiful location within the Palms of Wailea close to pool and view of ocean would love to stay here again.

The place was just as described and came with all the things you usually have to rent or buy. (Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler etc.) We will be staying at this unit again for sure.

The condo was perfect for our family vacation! Amazing location near beaches, restaurants, snorkeling, etc. It was very clean and had everything you would need. Wish we could’ve stayed longer and would definitely stay there again.

Great condo and great location in Wailea. This Wailea Palms unit is exactly as described, newly renovated and everything we needed for a fantastic trip. We stay in a lot of vacation rentals, and noted that this is the cleanest place we have stayed in a long time. Our other favorite aspect of the condo was the lanai with ocean views. We spent hours on it every day, from eating breakfast in the morning, to afternoon drinks after a day at the beach. We loved this place, and would definitely stay here again.

This was our second time staying in this home. It was a great time and we would gladly stay there again in the future.

We stayed for the month of February and had an amazing stay! Property is exactly as advertised. Very clean, great location, and beautiful lanai. Our host Jillian was a great communicator and went above and beyond to accommodate us! We loved our stay here, can’t wait to come back! In comparison to what other properties rent for in Maui, this is an amazing place for the price! Highly recommend!

Walking distance to the beach. Plenty of things to do for kids ages(6-13).Will book again when vacationing in the area.

This was a fantastic, modern condo. It was roomy and had great patio that was both covered and uncovered making it perfect throughout the day and a great spot for dinner. We were a quick drive to amazing beaches and shops. The property is well looked after and parking is right outside the unit. I’d recommend this unit.

The property and location were great and the host was exceptional!!! Jillian was incredibly responsive and could not have been more helpful!!! We had a fantastic stay on Maui and I highly recommend this property, with a special mahalo to Jillian!

We enjoyed our stay at the condo very much. Host was super responsive & communicative with details for the stay, the condo is very well furnished (including beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkeling gear, kids toys, etc). The location is close to many food choices (5-10 minutes drive), Safeway close by. Excellent beaches are within 10-15 minutes reach. When we get another opportunity to come to Maui, this is the first place we will check. Thank you for making our vacation super comfortable.

We’ve stayed at the Wailea Palms before, and this particular condo will have us visiting again! The king-sized bed was so comfortable that I asked the condo’s owner, Jillian, for the exact brand name and model number so we can purchase the same mattress at home. The condo was brand-new on the inside, and we loved the proximity to our favorite Wailea beaches. We walked every day from the condo to the oceanfront walking path. The community pool is beautiful and a short walk from the condo. We highly recommend this VRBO location!

My family has stayed in this unit a couple of time now. Great location, plenty of space, clean, comfortable with everything you could possibly need! Can't wait to book our next family stay here again!

You can never go wrong choosing the Palms at Wailea, a true living vacation. During our stay the complex refreshed their community grills. They do give eating that most visitors who used the grills while we were there did not clean up after themselves, be prepared. The unit itself was clean and fairly accurate to the online description, it has all that you need for a stay without the. Litter or mess. The hosts do take care of the unit.

Condo was lovely, just as described and pictured. Well-equipped and furnished. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of beach equipment - chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, sand toys, etc. Jillian was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

The Palms is an ideal location, offering close proximity to various beaches along the Wailea Beach Path and just a 5-minute drive from the Shops at Wailea. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed. Although the amenities only included a pool and hot tub, they were very well maintained. The setting was quiet and beautiful.

The house was beautiful. I will say it is on the second floor, which I didn’t realize. And there is an elevated walkway inside/hall which could be tricky if you have young daring toddlers. The location was perfect to the shops. The access to the pool just across the parking by lot was wonderful.

Jillian was one of the best VRBO hosts I have dealt with. She was incredibly responsive to my questions. We have stayed many times at Maui Kamaole and this was the first time staying at the Palms. The Palms was nice - great pool and beautiful grounds. The only thing I would say is (and this is more about the Palms as opposed to the unit) was the BBQ game. Maui Kamaole has more BBQ’s that are covered with chairs etc (Palms just has BBQs in the open with no chairs or garbages close by). We BBQ pretty much every night so that is something important to us. The unit was clean, well stocked, in a great location, and the parking situation was good. We would recommend this unit for a family. The master was nice, second bedroom good for another couple (daughter and boyfriend), and the pullout in the living room was comfortable for our son. Overall a great unit!

Our family stayed for 11 nights at this location. Very well equipped, great location and nice view from the Lanai! The unit was perfect for our family, pool area was also great, view of the ocean, quiet and not too busy. We really enjoyed our stay and would come back to this unit. Thank you!

Our stay was wonderful. Our party consisted of 2 couples each with a 1 yr old baby. The condo was clean and I always felt safe with my newly mobile baby crawling and walking. The location was close to beaches and both Kihei and Wailea shops. The beach accessories (chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards) made our beach visits all the better. The pool was beautiful and well maintained, paths for walking places were plentiful. We would love to come back and stay at this property again!

704 at the palms was a beautiful condo for our family of four! The kitchen had everything needed to make amazing meals and a bbq. We even used the crockpot for making some aloha pork! Yummy! Jillian was wonderful when we needed something! This condo has amazing views as does the property! Rana

Fabulous stay at this comfortable and quiet condo at the Palms. The unit was very clean and quiet and had everything needed. I loved having spices and cooking oil available so we didn't have to shop around for all of those little items. Really appreciated the washer and dryer as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed for five days just prior to Christmas. All of us (family of four) really enjoyed our stay. Condo was very clean and modern, with almost everything appearing in new condition. Pool area and hot tub was quiet and really nice. Kitchen had anything we needed for the occasional meal we cooked. Quiet top floor unit with decent privacy on the lanai. All beach equipment was in very good condition. Great communication with Jillian on an early check in. Also, when we arrived, we realized there was no laundry detergent for the washer. In the property notes this was to be included. A short email to Jillian resulted in a surprising delivery of detergent that same afternoon. Great customer service! These little touches make the difference. Would stay again!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful condo in Wailea. Everything is new and has a modern, clean feel. The host leaves a wonderful welcome basket and designed the condo to feel comfortable and inviting. The two bathrooms are spacious, the unit is cool, and it was wonderful to have in-house laundry. Five stars all around. I would definitely recommend this condo!
