About this property
The Palms at Wailea #2204 has been totally remodeled. This large condo of 1022 sq feet has soaring ceilings and stunning garden and ocean views from every room. Two covered lanais are ideal for outdoor living and dining. It's only a 7-minute walk to the famous Keawakapu Beach and a short drive to over 6 other world-class beaches, such as Ulua, Wailea, Makena and Kamaole beaches. The beaches are great for swimming, snorkeling and boogie boarding.
Guests enjoy full access to the entire condo - 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms and 2 covered private lanais. Split AC system with an AC unit in every room, new kitchen cabinets, countertop and appliances, Italian foam sofa-sleeper in the living room. Firm and comfortable Cal King bed in the bedroom. Both bathrooms are fully remodeled. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking and serving needs. A pass-through kitchen window is great for serving food from the kitchen to the lanai and makes table cleaning easy and fun. A full-size washer and dryer will meet all your laundry needs. Take a 15-20-minute walk or short drive to the Shops at Wailea, new Wailea Village Shopping Mall or Grand Wailea Hotel for many shopping and dining options.
KEAWAKAPU BEACH
Keawakapu beach has been named along 10 top beaches in the world by Conde Nast Traveler. It's magical and our favorite. Not crowded, bordered by some of Maui's most expensive multi-million dollar homes, it feels more private than any of famous Maui beaches. Great for swimming and snorkeling, with amazing sunset views, Keawakapu beach is 0.7 mile long and connects to the Wailea Oceanfront Boardwalk trail. We are just 0.4 miles away, a few-minute slow walk to the south public access to the beach. You can drive there too; the free parking is ample and you can also park along the road.
OCEAN VIEW, HIGH CEILINGS, COMPLETE PRIVACY
From our condo you don't see any parking, cars, houses or people -- just the ocean and palms are looking through the large lanai doors and the kitchen window. This is a second floor penthouse with soaring ceilings in both the living room and the bedroom. You have to be able to walk the stairs to come and go, as there are no elevators in The Palms resort.

Great stay!
This property is everything it says and even more! Excellent location and had everything we needed. Highly recommend!
This condo was great! Clean, bed was comfortable, great location, beautifully updated and fully stocked with anything you would need during your stay. We really appreciated the beach chairs and cooler to use during our stay. We hope to return sometime in the future.
