Wailea Ekahi 51E, Amazing Ocean Views, Walk to Beach, Sunset View, Large Lanai

The condo was in a great location - close to beach, pool and shopping! The unit truly has everything you need. My wife and I were there for 6 nights and we are ready to plan our return trip. The views from the balcony are so beautiful! Highly recommend!!!

We loved our stay here over Christmas it was the perfect blend of comfort and amenities. Gorgeous morning sunrises from the balcony and a short walk to a fantastic pool and beach. Highly reccomend

Beautifully appointed unit, updated, spacious, with two bathrooms. Great view from the lanai where we had breakfast each morning and watched sunset in the evening. A little walk from the main pool and beach but still easy access. Shops are about 12 minutes walk, beachwalk about 10. A great place to stay in south Maui

We have stayed in 4 different units at the Ekahi over the years, and this was one of our favorites. Quiet location, excellent kitchen, comfortable bed.

We had the most wonderful time staying at Robin’s lovely home. It had everything we needed and was in a great area for shops restaurants etc and the heated pool and truly amazing beach was more than we expected. Robin was very easy to communicate with and I would stay here again without any hesitation. Thank you again Robin.

Place was very nice. Nice cozy getaway outside of the resorts with good pool and beach access while still being a walk away from food/drinks. Also very close to cinnamon roll place (fire)

Ekahi is the best place to stay in Wailea. Beach acess, quality of the development and units and easy access to the market and ABC store. Being on the second floor is the way to go because of the view.....the picture accurately reflects that. Would recommend.

Really loved the pavillion! We did all of our cooking down at the pavillion next to the pool and beach. The unit was perfect and the air conditioning worked! Couldn't have asked for anything more.

This place was just what I was looking for. Easy parking near the location I wanted. Access to the beach and was able to see the sunset from my patio every evening. The place was very clean and available on time. The owner was also very responsive when I had questions. Absolutely no complaints and I will be coming back next year!

This place was wonderful! Everything in the place felt new, and the view from the lanai was beautiful. It was an easy walk to the shops, beach and the amenities in the village were great. The host was very good at communicating and was there for us if any problems were to arise. I highly recommend staying at this place!

Amazing unit, with amazing ocean views, and stunning gardens around. All the facilities are beautiful, several pools, and a great lounge area, right beside the beach. Beach is a few minutes walk from the unit. Wailea board walk is just around the corner. Unit is well equipped with anything you would need, including great beach equipment. Very well set up, open beautiful space. True to pictures. Wonderful stay!!! We wil be back for sure.

There was a plumbing issue where a good bit of sewage water was seeping and pooling out the base of the toilet. I was sensitive to the owner’s problem, cleaned it up (and cleaned if off my family), tested that the pooling occurred when flushed, removed everything from that bathroom and said it was off limits, firmly closed that door and then quickly bought Lysol spray. I emailed the owner directly that same morning. The owner was appreciative that we stopped using that bathroom to avoid plumbing/leaking issues with the downstairs condo. As we were checking out, a plumber was waiting to get in. I’m happy the next guest was able to avoid this issue. I asked the owner how these problems are normally managed on VRBO and she politely told me that ‘stuff happens’ and she hoped I enjoyed my stay. No offer for any of my inconvenience at all. If you encounter issues, contact VRBO directly. They will be faster to respond and offer alternatives. Pros: 1) Balcony was spacious. 2) The pub-style chairs on the balcony provided nice, elevated viewing. 3) Remodeled kitchen and bathroom 4) Pavilion by the main pool was nice. 5) Beach chairs/umbrella/cooler Cons: 1) No elevator (had to haul beach chairs/umbrellas up two flights of stairs). 2) Bed linens were visibly tattered. 3) Not enough drinking glasses. 4) Odd décor (an 18 in porcelain mime doll on display in the dining hutch) 5) Broken blinds 6) Freestanding, communal BBQ was down the road, and was in front of some parked cars

Location to Keawakapu was wonderful, it’s our favorite beach on Maui.

We stayed here in late February to early March, and the weather was beautiful. The condo has a gorgeous view of the ocean, perfect for sunsets on the lanai. Keawakapu Beach is perfect for swimming and splashing in a few small waves. Children will love it. We’ve stayed at Ekahi many, many times and this was the most relaxing.

Oh the whales and sunset. We were here 5 years ago and a little older but nice nice condo except for new pullout. It is awfully uncomfortable. Great location and pool complex. It is the whales and sunset viewvthat makes this GREAT.

We had such a great time at Ekahi 51E. Family of 4 (kids on the sofa bed - very comfy with foam topper). Stunning views from wake up until sunset. Coffee's and happy hour's were two of our favorite parts of our stay. 51E has everything you need for an incredible time on Maui. We go every year and stay at the Ekahi with other friends and families and it's absolutely perfect. Great pools and steps from one of the best beaches on the island. Robin is a great host and a pleasure to work with. Would absolutely stay at this unit again !
