As you enter you are greeted by an open and inviting floor plan! The kitchen has been nicely updated and is equipped with everything you will need to whip up a quick bite or a full meal.
The living area is welcoming and a great place to kick your feet up and relax after exploring all Maui has to offer. Complete with Flat screen TV and window AC unit.
Primary bedroom features King bed for the perfect night's rest. Complete with flat screen TV, ceiling fan, window AC unit and en suite bathroom.
Guest bedroom offers the perfect set up with two full beds, flat screen TV, ceiling fan, window AC unit and en suite bath.
Full size washer and dryer allow for lighter packing.
The Grand Champions have lush beautiful landscaping with resort style amenities that include 2 pools, Jacuzzi, BBQ and Security. This central Wailea location makes it favorable as you can walk to tennis, the Shops at Wailea, casual to fine dining restaurants, World's Top Beaches and Five Star Hotels.
Please Note: This unit is on the top floor. There is no elevator at Grand Champions.
The Lanai furniture was updated in 2023. There is no longer an umbrella on the lanai.

Excellent condo. Our family has stayed here before.
Property was very clean. Furnishings very comfortable. Primary shower was great!! The only “issue” was a creaky bed in Primary Suite and a weird foam mattress topper. But it was comfortable! Very cool to enjoy meals on the patio and watch/listen the birds.
Place was amazing, great for a family with kids as extra beds are large. Would definitely rent this condo again.
Perfect for a family of 4. Clean,well stocked, comfortable beds, beach gear provided and you cannot beat this location! Check in and check out was a breeze Would definitely stay again!
Loved the area and space! Hated the big fake tree but that’s just me and I’d stay there again with the same tree so.
Definitely would stay again. We have stayed in a three different Grand Champions condos over the years and enjoyed all of them. This is a second floor unit with a nice lanai facing away from the golf course. It was well-appointed, with A/C in every room. My quibbles are that the sofa and chair cushions are getting a little tired and could use a replacement or deep clean and the fitted sheets on the master bed were coming loose every morning: they just were not quite the right size. No big deal. Property management seemed professional. Access was easy. Grand Champions is a nice environment.
Beautiful view, clean and comfortable!
This VRBO did not disappoint. We had no issues checking in, it was seamless. We had to contact the property manager a couple of times for non-urgent matters and they were very responsive. The unit was clean, and even bigger than we expected. Location was absolutely perfect - walking distance to the beach, to the shops, to a little coffee shop and market nearby. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend!
My family was there for a week and very much enjoyed our stay. The property was lovely, had a very nice view from the second floor balcony, well-appointed kitchen, comfortable beds and close to everything!
The rental was great. From the ease of the suite/parking, to the amenities such as the pool and the shops nearby. By far the best area on the island, and the apartment was situated in the perfect area withing south Maui. You can go for a walk, and sleep in your rental with safety in mind. Dave
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are familiar with Wailea area and first time stay at Grand Champions.Facility are bit old, however it is clean and comfortable.During our stay we faced some issue on fridge leakage but that was fixed by specialist in a day. And deck parasol could not fit on installed pole.Also bath tab were not there even it was written.Overall we have enjoyed during our 10 days stay with shopping. Golf and restaurants nearby.
