We have loved Wailea Elua for many years. This unit (902) is under Al’i management and certainly is up to standard. The communications from them are more designed for internet than personal and often seem a bit rigid.

Wailea Elua is a condo complex in a great location, right on Ulua Beach. Unit 902 was spacious and comfortable. Decor, kitchen and bathrooms are late ‘70’s and could be updated, but you cannot beat the location, convenience and the views.
We loved this condo! We were a group of 25 who rented a few properties here. We loved that our condo was modern, yet still comfortable and welcoming for a beach trip (not too fancy as one of the other properties was, and not in need of repairs as another property in our group experienced...4 times in the week!). We celebrated 6 wedding anniversaries (total of 149 years!), 4 big birthdays (138), 2 college graduations, and even hosted a baby shower. The common area down by the pool worked perfectly for all these big events. The property is in a beautiful location. The condo is set up with just about everything you could need. The kitchen is equipped with the basics, there are books to read if you finish yours, and puzzles for the table by the window with the beautiful view of the ocean! The porch with the fabulous view is a perfect quiet spot to start your day with breakfast after a walk along the shore and a good read, or have lunch after a morning at the beach. There was a BBQ on the porch, but we used the ones in the common area since we had the extra large group. The property is quiet, but convenient to the path down to the pool and beach. We walked to a fun restaurant called The Pint and Cork on our first night there. Everyone we encountered on site was very kind and helpful from the moment we arrived. The welcoming team in management on day one, the security gate personnel, or even the random encounter with landscapers. We hope to return one day. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us!
We loved this property and unit. Near the pool overlooking the ocean, and so close to the beach with a lovely lanai view of the ocean as well. Comfortable living space, and well stocked with appliances and cookware for eating in, yet also close to nearby Wailea restaurants. We enjoyed walking the Wailea path each morning, snorkeling at the beach in front of the condo, and lounging at the pool. We have already booked this unit for our next Maui vacation next year!
The ocean view is better than the pictures show! The Lanai is large and great to hang out in. A quick walk down to the beach (less than 100 yards). Nice snorkeling, paddleboarding at the beach. Beautiful landscaping in the condo complex. Managed by Ali'i resorts and the service is excellent as well. A short walk to Wailea with several restaurants, shops etc. Highly recommended.
